基于VERICUT的蜗杆砂轮齿形修整方法

【摘要】:机床加工仿真不仅能够清楚地看到虚拟加工过程,同时还可以发现机床运行中的问题,对指导实际加工具有重要意义。本文通过基于VERICUT的蜗杆砂轮修整加工仿真的研究,主要从以下几个方面进行了研究:1首先简要的介绍了齿轮磨齿机床的发展现状,根据本次试验所采用的试验设备,详细的介绍了YK7250数控磨齿机的机床结构及特点。也指出了蜗杆砂轮磨齿中存在的一些问题,针对以上问题设计了三种蜗杆砂轮的修整方法,提出了预修整和精修整相结合的修整方案,最终选择了外圆带圆弧的金刚滚轮的修整方法。2其次介绍了数控加工仿真软件VERICUT,然后根据加工仿真的要求,完成了在三维软件Pro/E下建立的数控修整模型,并将修整模型导入到VERICUT中,在VERICUT系统下完成了虚拟机床的搭建,完成了修整机床的数控系统的设定,添加了NUM1060m.ctl数控系统,并简单的介绍了数控程序的运行机制,最终完成了虚拟机床的搭建工作。3最后介绍了仿真所用的NUM数控系统以及该数控系统的编程方法,讲述了仿真加工中金刚滚轮的运动轨迹,并且计算出了蜗杆砂轮廓形对应在刀具接触点的等距曲线,完成了数控程序的编制,并进行仿真加工和仿真加工过程的碰撞检测,验证我们所搭建的加工仿真系统的正确性。通过在VERICUT下的加工仿真,我们不仅清楚地看到了修整过程,而且还发现了加工过程中的错误并进行了修改,最后在YK7250磨齿机上进行了蜗杆砂轮的修整试验,验证修整方案的正确性和合理性。
[Abstract]:Machine tool machining simulation not only can clearly see the virtual machining process, but also can find the problems in the machine tool operation, which is of great significance to guide the actual machining. Through the research of worm grinding wheel dressing simulation based on VERICUT, this paper mainly studies the following aspects: 1. Firstly, the development status of gear grinding machine is briefly introduced, and according to the test equipment used in this experiment, The structure and characteristics of YK7250 CNC grinding machine are introduced in detail. This paper also points out some problems existing in grinding teeth of worm grinding wheel, designs three dressing methods of worm grinding wheel for the above problems, and puts forward a dressing scheme combining pre-dressing and fine dressing. Finally, the dressing method of the outer circle roller with circular arc is selected. Secondly, the NC machining simulation software VERICUT, is introduced. According to the requirements of the machining simulation, the NC dressing model established under the three-dimensional software Pro/E is completed. The dressing model is introduced into VERICUT, the virtual machine tool is built in VERICUT system, the NC system is set up, the NUM1060m.ctl numerical control system is added, and the running mechanism of NC program is introduced simply. Finally, the construction of the virtual machine tool is finished. Finally, the NUM numerical control system used in the simulation and the programming method of the system are introduced, and the motion track of the diamond roller in the simulation machining is described. The isometric curve of the worm wheel profile corresponding to the tool contact point is calculated, the NC program is compiled, and the simulation machining and the collision detection of the simulation machining process are carried out to verify the correctness of the machining simulation system built by us. Through the machining simulation under VERICUT, we not only see the dressing process clearly, but also find the error in the process and modify it. Finally, the dressing test of the worm grinding wheel is carried out on the YK7250 grinder. Verify the correctness and reasonableness of the dressing scheme.
