TC11合金大规格棒材异常组织分析

【摘要】:对TC11合金大规格棒材异常组织进行了分析。结果表明,异常组织为片状α和β相组成的编织状组织。与基体组织相比该区域显微硬度高,微区成分Mo元素含量高、Al元素含量低。该异常组织是由于铸锭微区成分不均匀性在精锻过程中产生局部温升形成的β斑。
[Abstract]:The abnormal structure of large size TC11 alloy bar was analyzed. The results show that the abnormal microstructure is a braided structure composed of 伪 and 尾 phases. Compared with the matrix, the microhardness of the region is higher, the content of Mo element is higher and the content of Al element is lower. The abnormal structure is due to the inhomogeneous composition of ingot during the process of precision forging resulting in local temperature rise to form 尾-spots.
