中温压力容器钢12Cr2Mo1R的回火脆性

【摘要】:对中温压力容器钢12Cr2Mo1R进行最小模拟焊后热处理,并应用阶梯冷却实验对其焊后回火脆性进行了评定和分析。结果表明,在-78~20℃内,试样冲击断口形貌均为韧窝特征,冲击功值高于54 J,中温压力容器钢12Cr2Mo1R焊后具有优良的抗回火脆性,这是因为其含P极低,同时含有较高的Mo在一定程度上阻碍了P在晶界的偏聚。
