铝镁合金粉尘安全特性实验研究

【摘要】:铝镁合金制品抛光打磨工艺过程中会产生大量粉尘,为研究其在除尘过程中的物理及相关燃烧、爆炸特性,对铝镁合金粉尘进行实验研究。结果表明:未过筛铝镁合金样粉的粒径近80%分布在0.10~10.00μm之间;样粉的流动性指数为46,流动性评价为不太好;样粉的喷流性指数为55,喷流性程度为有倾向;样品粉尘云的最小点火能为304.5mJ,粉尘层的最低着火温度270℃;在点火头能量为10kJ的条件下,样粉的最大爆炸压力为0.50MPa,最大爆炸指数为2.28MPa·m/s,爆炸烈度为St1级;针对企业实际情况及测试结果展开相关分析并提出相对应防护对策。
[Abstract]:A large amount of dust will be produced in the polishing and grinding process of aluminum-magnesium alloy products. In order to study its physical and related combustion and explosion characteristics in the process of dust removal, an experimental study was carried out on the aluminum-magnesium alloy dust. The results showed that the particle size of unscreened aluminum-magnesium alloy powder was about 80% in the range of 0.10 ~ 10.00 渭 m, the fluidity index of the sample powder was 46, the fluidity evaluation was not good, the jet fluidity index of the sample powder was 55, and the degree of jet flow was inclined.
