贵金属微接点复合带的工艺优化设计及分析

【摘要】:采用正交实验设计对Ag/CuNi20贵金属微接点复合带进行研究,分析了微接点复合带热轧复合及热处理过程中加热温度、速度、变形量及轧辊温度对复合带的影响。实验结果表明,在材料软化温度以上热轧复合过程中,影响Ag/CuNi20复合微接点带厚度的主要因素是变形量,而加热温度和轧辊温度是影响复合带材硬度的主要因素。从外观质量分析看出,Ag/CuNi20复合带的热轧复合最佳温度为850℃,变形量为25%。Ag/CuNi20复合带经过热处理可调整材料硬度,其中加热温度及轧辊速度对材料硬度的影响比较显著。
[Abstract]:The effects of heating temperature, velocity, deformation and roll temperature on the Ag/CuNi20 composite strip during hot rolling and heat treatment were studied by orthogonal design. The experimental results show that the deformation is the main factor affecting the thickness of Ag/CuNi20 composite microstrip during the hot rolling process above the softening temperature, while the heating temperature and roll temperature are the main factors affecting the hardness of the composite strip.
