TC17钛合金两相区变形时的失稳行为及组织特征

【摘要】:利用Gleeble 3800型热模拟试验机对TC17钛合金在两相区进行了等温恒应变速率的热压缩试验,分析了压缩失稳的变形条件;采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究了压缩变形后试样的显微组织。结果表明:TC17钛合金在热变形温度750℃、应变速率不小于1s~(-1)、变形量不小于45%下进行热压缩时,会发生变形失稳;变形失稳后,随变形量和应变速率增加,其失稳区变窄,组织变形不均匀性加剧;失稳区主要是β转变组织变形。
[Abstract]:The isothermal constant strain rate thermal compression test of TC17 titanium alloy in two-phase region was carried out by using Gleeble 3800 thermal simulator, and the deformation conditions of compression instability were analyzed. The microstructure of the specimens after compression deformation was studied by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the deformation instability of TC17 titanium alloy will occur when the hot deformation temperature is 750 鈩,
