滚动直线导轨副综合性能试验装置的结构优化及试验研究

【摘要】:滚动直线导轨副的行走精度、振动、噪音、温升等综合性能作为评价导轨副的重要性能指标直接决定着被加工零件的质量及精度。因此,对滚动直线导轨副综合性能的准确测量对实际生产中提高导轨副的质量具有重要参考意义。基于滚动直线导轨副综合性能试验台,结合试验台的实际工作情况,对试验台可能存在的设计缺陷进行了分析,并针对分析结果,从减重、改善力学性能及振动特性等角度对关键零部件进行了优化设计,提高了整个试验台的安全性能。基于滚动直线导轨副综合性能试验台研究直线导轨副运动精度、加速度、振动、摩擦力、噪音、温升的测量原理及测量方法。根据试验台的设计指标及其对导轨副综合性能的测量原理,以Visual Basic为汇编语言来编制其动态测量系统软件,实现对传感器的数据采集、数据处理、数据保存及报表生成等一系列功能。对直线导轨副进行综合性能检测试验,阐述试验的具体步骤及应注意的问题。在相同条件下对同一被测对象进行多次测量试验,运用常规统计分析方法、频谱分析方法对试验数据进行结果分析,通过对相同测量条件下测量数据的极差进行计算来评估测量结果的重复性,以此来对整个测量系统的有效性及测量方法的可行性进行试验验证。
[Abstract]:The traveling accuracy, vibration, noise and temperature rise of rolling linear guideway pairs are the important performance indexes to evaluate the quality and accuracy of processed parts. Therefore, the accurate measurement of the comprehensive performance of rolling linear guideway pair has important reference significance for improving the quality of guide rail pair in actual production. Based on the comprehensive performance test bed of rolling linear guideway pair and the actual working condition of the test bed, the possible design defects of the test bed are analyzed, and according to the analysis results, the weight loss of the test bed is analyzed. The optimization design of key parts is carried out from the angle of improving mechanical properties and vibration characteristics, and the safety performance of the whole test-bed is improved. The measuring principle and measurement method of motion accuracy, acceleration, vibration, friction, noise and temperature rise of linear guideway pair are studied based on the comprehensive performance test bed of rolling linear guideway pair. According to the design index of the test bed and the measuring principle of the comprehensive performance of the guideway pair, the software of the dynamic measurement system is compiled with Visual Basic as assembly language to realize the data acquisition and data processing of the sensor. Data saving and report generation and a series of functions. The comprehensive performance test of linear guideway pair is carried out, the concrete steps of the test and the problems needing attention are expounded. Under the same conditions, the same object was tested many times, and the results of the test data were analyzed by using the conventional statistical analysis method and the spectrum analysis method. The repeatability of the measurement results is evaluated by calculating the range of the measured data under the same measuring conditions, and the validity of the whole measurement system and the feasibility of the measuring method are verified by experiments.
