软化水中除氧剂与pH值对碳钢腐蚀率影响研究

【摘要】:目的针对供热管网软化水水质,研究在供热软化水中除氧剂乙醛肟和异抗坏血酸钠的除氧性能,以及添加除氧剂乙醛肟和异抗坏血酸钠、调节p H值对碳钢腐蚀率的影响。方法通过除氧实验、静态挂片和旋转挂片实验,研究除氧剂乙醛肟和异抗坏血酸钠的除氧性能以及添加除氧剂对碳钢腐蚀率的影响,用1 mol/L的氢氧化钠和碳酸钠溶液调节p H值对碳钢腐蚀率的影响,以及添加除氧剂后在p H=11时对碳钢腐蚀率的影响。结果在乙醛肟和异抗坏血酸钠的质量浓度为160 mg/L时,除氧率分别为45.68%和71.83%,碳钢的腐蚀率分别为0.1948,0.0728 mm/a;用氢氧化钠和碳酸钠调节p H值为11时,碳钢的腐蚀率分别为0.0751,0.0143 mm/a;在乙醛肟和异抗坏血酸钠的质量浓度为120 mg/L,p H=11时,碳钢的腐蚀率分别为0.0885,0.0365 mm/a;在乙醛肟的质量浓度为140 mg/L,p H=11时,碳钢的腐蚀率达到0.1531 mm/a。结论异抗坏血酸钠的除氧效果优于乙醛肟的除氧效果,碳钢的腐蚀率随着异抗坏血酸钠浓度的增加而降低,在乙醛肟浓度大于120 mg/L时,碳钢的腐蚀率随着投加量的增加出现先增大后减小的趋势;随着p H值的增大,碳钢的腐蚀率在降低。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the deoxidization performance of acetaldoxime and sodium isoascorbate in the soft water of heating network, and to adjust the effect of pH value on corrosion rate of carbon steel by adding acetaldoxime and sodium ascorbate. Methods the deoxygenation performance of acetaldehyde oxime and sodium isoascorbate and the effect of adding deoxidizer on the corrosion rate of carbon steel were studied by deoxidizing experiment, static hanging sheet test and rotating hanging plate experiment. The effect of pH value of 1 mol/L sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate solution on corrosion rate of carbon steel and the effect of adding deoxidizer on corrosion rate of carbon steel at 11:00 were studied. Results when the mass concentration of acetaldoxime and sodium ascorbate was 160 mg/L, the deoxygenation rate was 45.68% and 71.83%, respectively, and the corrosion rate of carbon steel was 0.194 8 and 0.0728 mm/a;, respectively. When the pH value of carbon steel is adjusted to 11:00 with sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, the corrosion rate of carbon steel is 0.0751n 0.0143 mm/a;, respectively. When the mass concentration of acetaldoxime and sodium ascorbate was 120 mg/L,p H = 11:00, the corrosion rate of carbon steel was 0.0885 卤0.0365 mm/a;, respectively. When the mass concentration of acetaldehyde oxime is 140 mg/L,p H = 11:00, the corrosion rate of carbon steel reaches 0.1531 mm/a.. Conclusion the deoxygenation effect of sodium isoascorbate is better than that of acetaldehyde oxime. The corrosion rate of carbon steel decreases with the increase of sodium isoascorbate concentration, and when the concentration of acetaldehyde oxime is more than 120 mg/L, the corrosion rate of carbon steel decreases with the increase of sodium isoascorbate concentration. The corrosion rate of carbon steel increases first and then decreases with the increase of dosage. With the increase of pH value, the corrosion rate of carbon steel decreases.
