有机缓蚀剂对阳极箔直流扩面增容的影响

【摘要】:通过电化学测试技术和失重法,研究了扩孔腐蚀过程中有机添加剂聚乙二醇(分子量为400)和乙二醇对铝箔比电容以及失重的影响,并在确定添加剂最佳用量的前提下,分析了温度对铝箔腐蚀的影响。研究表明,聚乙二醇和乙二醇最佳添加量分别为0.4,0.8g/L,铝箔比电容分别对应为372,334μF/cm2。经进一步优化发现,在聚乙二醇、乙二醇最佳添加量前提下,25℃时聚乙二醇与乙二醇扩容效果均达到最优,比电容分别达到449,489μF/cm2。
