镁合金模具用新型材料的组织与性能研究

【摘要】:在商用4Cr5MoSiV模具钢中添加了0.8wt%石墨烯,制备了镁合金铸造模具用石墨烯改性的新型材料,并进行了显微组织、物相组成、耐磨损性和热疲劳性能的测试。结果表明,添加0.8wt%石墨烯显著提高了材料的耐磨损性和热疲劳性。与商用材料4Cr5MoSiV相比,该新型材料的25、300、600℃磨损体积分别减小84.4%、85.8%和91.2%,热裂纹级别从12级变为2级。
[Abstract]:A new material modified by graphene for magnesium alloy casting die was prepared by adding 0.8 wt% graphene into commercial 4Cr5MoSiV die steel. The microstructure, phase composition, wear resistance and thermal fatigue property were tested. The results showed that the wear resistance and thermal fatigue property of the materials were significantly improved by adding 0.8 wt% graphene.
