钢板表面处理设备的设计和研究

【摘要】:油气管道直缝焊管的质量安全关系着国家和人民的切身利益。其中,用来生产直缝钢管所用的原料钢板发生锈蚀是钢管质量下降的主要原因。钢板放置在环境潮湿的厂房内,不及时使用就会发生氧化锈蚀,如果不进行表面除锈处理直接使用必然会对产品的性能造成影响,尤其是在焊接工序中,锈蚀会降低焊缝质量甚至导致产品报废。本文为了解决钢板生锈导致直缝焊管合格率较低的问题,在钢板进行铣边加工工序之前,分别对钢板表面进行整板的机械打磨除锈处理和板边的喷砂除锈处理。为了符合直缝钢管厂对除锈设备的技术要求,本文设计出了一套自动化的钢板表面处理设备,包括对钢板表面进行机械除锈的整板除锈设备和对钢板板边进行喷砂除锈的板边除锈设备。本文利用Solidworks软件对除锈设备零部件进行三维建模,计算并选择了所涉及到的电机、丝杠、导轨等型号。应用有限元软件对结构部件进行了优化设计,得到了理想的优化结果。通过有限元方法对关键零件进行校核,证明了设计的合理性。对振动源较为复杂的整板除锈设备进行了模态分析,证明了设备能够避免共振产生。本文对除锈设备的除锈系统进行了初步的控制方案的设计,对控制器选择和伺服电机控制方面进行了探讨。本文利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件对单粒子冲击靶板进行模拟仿真,研究了喷砂加工工艺。通过调整砂粒的速度、大小和冲击角度,分析了应力和能量分布情况,研究了不同工况下喷砂除锈的效果,为提高喷砂质量和效率提供了指导。
[Abstract]:The quality and safety of straight welded pipe for oil and gas pipeline relate to the vital interests of the country and people. The corrosion of raw steel plate used to produce straight-cut steel pipe is the main reason of steel tube quality decline. If the steel plate is placed in a damp factory building, oxidation corrosion will occur if it is not used in time. If the steel plate is not treated with surface rust removal, the performance of the product will inevitably be affected, especially in the welding process. Corrosion will reduce weld quality and even lead to product scrapping. In order to solve the problem that the steel plate rust leads to the low qualified rate of the straight welded pipe, the whole plate surface is treated by mechanical grinding and rust removal and the plate edge sandblasting is done before the milling process. In order to meet the technical requirements of rust removal equipment in straight-seam steel pipe factory, a set of automatic steel plate surface treatment equipment is designed in this paper. The utility model comprises a whole plate rust removing equipment for carrying out mechanical rust removal on the steel plate surface and a plate edge rust removing equipment for sandblasting the steel plate edge. In this paper, Solidworks software is used to model the parts of rust removal equipment, and the models of motor, lead screw and guide rail are calculated and selected. The finite element software is used to optimize the design of structural components, and the ideal optimization results are obtained. The key parts are checked by finite element method, and the rationality of the design is proved. Modal analysis of the whole plate rust removal equipment with more complex vibration source shows that the device can avoid resonance. In this paper, the rust-removing system of the rust removal equipment is designed, and the selection of the controller and the control of the servo motor are discussed. In this paper, ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software is used to simulate single particle impact target and sand blasting process is studied. By adjusting the speed, size and impact angle of sand particles, the distribution of stress and energy is analyzed, and the effect of sand blasting on rust removal under different working conditions is studied, which provides guidance for improving the quality and efficiency of sand blasting.
