热处理对土木工程机械材料ZG85Cr2MnMo力学性能及耐磨性能影响

【摘要】:以土木机械搅拌机衬板材料ZG85Cr2MnMo为研究对象,在不同条件下进行热处理,热处理后对其硬度、淬透性、冲击韧度及耐磨性进行分析。结果表明:随淬火温度的升高,土木机械搅拌机衬板材料硬度先变大后减小,在880℃时达到最大值828 HV,且该温度下淬火试样的淬透性及淬硬性良好;随回火温度的升高,硬度逐渐下降,冲击韧度不断上升,试样在400~500℃回火获得较高硬度的同时已具备较好的冲击韧度;综合硬度、冲击韧度和耐磨性分析,土木机械搅拌机衬板材料ZG85Cr2MnMo的最佳热处理工艺为880℃加热油淬,500℃回火,该热处理工艺下衬板材料可以获得较好的综合性能。
[Abstract]:Taking ZG85Cr2MnMo as the research object, the hardness, hardenability, impact toughness and wear resistance of the lining board of civil machinery mixer were analyzed after heat treatment under different conditions. The results show that with the increase of quenching temperature, the hardness of lining board of civil machinery mixer increases first and then decreases, reaches the maximum value of 828 HV, at 880C, and the hardenability and hardenability of the quenched sample are good at this temperature.
