热处理对GH3625合金管材组织和性能的影响

【摘要】:采用不同温度对GH3625合金热挤压管材进行热处理,研究了热处理对GH3625合金管材组织演变和性能的影响。结果表明,热处理温度对晶粒长大影响比较明显,随热处理温度升高,晶粒长大温度为970℃到1150℃,当温度达到1180℃时,晶粒迅速长大,同时热处理温度改变雪花状Ni_2(Cr,Mo)相析出和分布。GH3625合金管材的硬度值与晶粒尺寸符合Hall-Patch关系式。随热处理温度升高,GH3625合金抗拉强度降低,断后伸长率增加。热处理前后GH3625合金的断裂均视为韧窝断裂和部分沿晶断裂的混合型。
