BWELDY960Q钢振动焊接焊缝组织与低温冲击韧性
[Abstract]:The effect of mechanical vibration on weld microstructure and low temperature impact toughness of low alloy high strength steel BWELDY960Q was studied by means of MAG welding in the process of welding low alloy and high strength steel. The results show that mechanical vibration can promote the formation of AF in weld and increase the number of AF. Vibration welding can also improve the low-temperature impact toughness of the weld. Compared with the low-temperature impact toughness of the non-vibration weld, the upper platform value of the impact energy absorption of the weld increases by 7.88%, and the ductile-brittle transition temperature also decreases slightly. With the decreasing of the temperature, the surface of the low temperature impact fracture surface of the weld changed from uneven to flat, the ratio of the fracture fiber zone decreased continuously, and the ratio of the radiating zone increased. The micro-morphology of fracture changed from dimple pattern to quasi-cleavage river pattern.
