晶界对纯钛内部球形空洞压实愈合的影响规律研究

【摘要】:为了研究压缩变形条件下晶界对纯钛内部球形空洞压实愈合的影响规律,建立了压缩变形条件下球形空洞的双晶钛模型。采用分子动力学方法模拟比较了三组不同的空洞与晶界的位置关系,即空洞远离晶界、空洞靠近晶界和空洞在晶界上。结果表明:在恒温压缩变形条件下,若空洞远离晶界,两端发射位错环,最易愈合;若空洞靠近晶界,只有一端发射位错环,愈合速度次之;若空洞在晶界上,不发射位错环,只是沿着两不同晶粒的密排面发射线性位错,最后愈合。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of grain boundaries on the compaction healing of spherical cavities in pure titanium under compression deformation, a double crystal titanium model of spherical cavities under compression deformation was established. The molecular dynamics method was used to simulate and compare the location relationship between three groups of holes and grain boundary, that is, the hole is far away from the grain boundary, and the cavity is close to the grain boundary and on the grain boundary. The results show that under the condition of constant temperature compression deformation, if the cavity is far away from the grain boundary and the dislocation ring is emitted at both ends, it is most likely to heal, and if the hole is close to the grain boundary, there is only one end emitting dislocation ring, and the healing rate is the second. If the cavity is on the grain boundary, it does not emit the dislocation ring, but only emits linear dislocation along the dense surface of two different grains, and finally heals up.
