超高强钢板冲压模具磨损CAE分析研究与应用

【摘要】:针对超高强钢板冲压模具的磨损问题,提出一种有效而快捷的预测模具磨损量和使用寿命的方法.该方法采用Archard磨损理论,得到冲压成型结束后模具的磨损区域主要集中在模具圆角处.系统地研究了模具硬度、冲压速度和模具材料对模具磨损程度的影响.结果表明:模具硬度达到60~65HRC时能有效减小磨损量;模具磨损量与冲压速度成正相关关系.采用磨损累积法预测模具修模前的使用寿命,模拟得到的冲压7 500次的模具磨损量与试验数据仅相差1.47%,表明该方法是正确可行的.这对于确定合理的冲压工艺方案和模具结构设计具有重要的实用价值.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the wear problem of ultra-high strength steel sheet stamping die, an effective and rapid method for predicting die wear and service life is proposed. According to the Archard wear theory, the wear area of the die after stamping is mainly concentrated at the round corner of the die. The effects of die hardness, stamping speed and die material on the wear degree of die were systematically studied. The results show that the wear quantity can be effectively reduced when the die hardness reaches 60~65HRC, and the die wear amount has a positive correlation with the stamping speed. The wear accumulation method is used to predict the service life of die before die repair. The simulated die wear amount of 7 500 stamping times is only 1.47% different from the experimental data. The results show that the method is correct and feasible. It has important practical value for determining reasonable stamping process scheme and die structure design.
