轧制力传感器及其测量系统的研制

【摘要】:轧制力传感器是安装在轧机两侧,在钢材轧制过程中用来测量轧机两端轧制力的大量程称重传感器。轧制力参数是轧机AGC控制系统的重要参数之一,对确保安全生产、防止设备重大事故、优化轧制规程、实现生产过程自动化和最优控制、保证钢材轧制质量等都具有重要意义。本课题旨在研制出能够替代进口的轧制力传感器及其测量系统。(1)参照国外1750T量程的平板式轧制力传感器弹性体结构,建立了平板式轧制力传感器的弹性体有限元仿真分析模型,结合传感器工作实际,分析弹性体核心区应力分布情况,通过考察贴片区域的贴片中心线,确定了深孔的贴片深度问题。(2)根据平板式轧制力传感器结构的特殊性,设计了一整套完善的贴片工艺方法,包括应变片的选型、贴片区域的打磨方法、夹具的设计与安装等。(3)研制了与平板式轧制力传感器匹配的16路轧制力信号测量系统,设计了测量系统上位机界面,可实现一条轧机生产线轧制力数据的实时显示、保存、查询。(4)对轧制力信号测量系统主要误差产生因素进行了理论分析,选择用曲线拟合的方法对系统非线性误差进行了补偿,采用比率测量技术消除供桥电压波动引起的误差,采用六线制消除长电缆电阻对系统带来的误差,采用数字平均滤波消除电路中散粒噪声、白噪声带来的误差。(5)对轧制力传感器和信号测量系统进行了全面实验验证与分析。结果表明,研制的轧制力传感器相关主要技术指标为:线性度≤1%FS、重复性≤0.3%FS、滞后≤0.5%FS;测量系统每个通道的相对测量误差均不超过0.6%,达到预期设计目标。
[Abstract]:Rolling force sensor is a large number of range weighing sensors installed on both sides of the mill and used to measure rolling force at both ends of the mill in the rolling process of steel. Rolling force parameter is one of the important parameters of rolling mill AGC control system. It is of great significance to ensure safe production, prevent equipment accidents, optimize rolling schedule, realize automation and optimal control of production process, and ensure rolling quality of steel. The purpose of this paper is to develop the imported rolling force sensor and its measuring system. (1) refer to the foreign 1750T measuring range, the elastic body structure of the flat plate rolling force sensor, The elastomer finite element simulation analysis model of flat plate rolling force sensor is established. According to the actual work of the sensor, the stress distribution in the core region of the elastic body is analyzed, and the patch center line in the patch area is investigated. The depth of the deep hole patch is determined. (2) according to the special structure of the plate rolling force sensor, a complete set of complete patch process methods are designed, including the selection of the strain gauge and the grinding method of the patch area. The design and installation of fixture, etc. (3) A 16-way measuring system of rolling force signal matching with flat plate rolling force sensor has been developed, and the upper computer interface of the measuring system has been designed, which can realize the real-time display of rolling force data in a rolling mill production line. (4) the main error factors of rolling force signal measurement system are analyzed theoretically, and the nonlinear error of the system is compensated by the method of curve fitting. The ratio measurement technique is used to eliminate the error caused by the voltage fluctuation of the supply bridge, the six-wire system is used to eliminate the error caused by the resistance of the long cable to the system, and the digital average filter is used to eliminate the scattered noise in the circuit.
