G13Cr4Mo4Ni4V钢渗碳时粗大及网状碳化物的成因与消除

【摘要】:对高温渗碳轴承钢G13Cr4Mo4Ni4V渗碳时粗大及网状碳化物的成因及控制方法进行研究。结果表明:若渗碳时只形成粗大碳化物,可通过提高二次淬火温度或延长保温时间消除;若渗碳时形成网状碳化物,二次淬火时不能消除,必须在渗碳过程中进行扩散。
[Abstract]:The causes and control methods of coarse and reticulated carbides during G13Cr4Mo4Ni4V Carburizing of high temperature Carburizing bearing steel were studied. The results show that if only coarse carbides are formed during Carburizing, they can be eliminated by increasing the secondary quenching temperature or prolonging the holding time, and if the reticulated carbides are formed during the Carburizing, they cannot be eliminated during the second quenching, so they must be diffused in the Carburizing process.
