Ti-Mo微合金钢铁素体中的析出物

【摘要】:用MMS-300热力模拟机研究了变形量、保温温度及保温时间对钛钼微合金钢铁素体基体上析出物尺寸的影响规律,获得了铁素体区析出动力学特征。结果表明,实验钢铁素体基体中析出物主要为钛钼的碳氮化物,其中尺寸较大析出物为圆形、方形或长条形,随机分布;尺寸细小析出物为圆形或椭圆形,其析出形态为排列整齐的相间析出及弥散析出,当保温温度较高时,其分布形式主要为相间析出;随着变形量的增加及保温时间的延长,析出物尺寸减少,随着保温温度的升高,析出物尺寸先增加后减少,铁素体区析出动力学曲线中600℃和700℃为最小尺寸析出温度。
[Abstract]:The effects of deformation, holding temperature and holding time on the size of precipitates on the matrix of titanium-Mo microalloy iron and steel were studied by MMS-300 thermodynamic simulator, and the precipitation kinetics characteristics in the Ferrite region were obtained. The results show that the precipitates in the experimental iron and steel matrix are mainly titanium-Mo carbon and nitride, in which the larger precipitates are circular, square or strip-shaped, and are randomly distributed. The fine precipitates are round or oval, and their precipitation forms are neatly arranged interphase precipitation and dispersion precipitation. when the heat preservation temperature is high, the distribution form is mainly interphase precipitation. With the increase of deformation and holding time, the size of precipitates decreases. With the increase of temperature, the size of precipitates increases first and then decreases. The minimum size of precipitates is 600 鈩,
