铝合金电弧增材制造焊道宽度尺寸预测
[Abstract]:In this paper, a single pass 20-layer aluminum alloy thin-wall specimen is formed on four kinds of thickness substrate by using the same group of welding parameters, and it is found that the width of weld bead in the stable zone of the specimen under different thickness substrate is the same. Based on this conclusion, the test samples are designed by quadratic general rotation combination method, and the process parameters (welding current, welding speed, wire feeding speed) are established by quadratic regression equation. The prediction model of weld bead width and size in stable zone of molding sample shows that the prediction effect of the model is good. The results show that the main factors affecting the width of welding bead are welding current, welding speed and interlaminar temperature. When the current is less than 95 A, the order of the influence of the parameters on the weld bead width is as follows: the current is greater than the welding speed, and when the current is greater than 95 A, the order is that the current is greater than the interlayer temperature and the welding speed is greater than the welding speed. At the same time, there is interaction between welding current and interlayer temperature.
