【摘要】:正高熵合金是一种新型的合金设计理念,这种合金一般含有5种或5种以上的合金元素,且每种元素含量都相同或者相似。高熵效应抑制了金属间化合物的出现,促使元素间相互混合,最终形成体心立方结构(BCC)或面心立方结构(FCC)等较为简单的结构。已有研究集中在相形成、相稳定性和高温、室温性能上,对高温下合金的再结晶行为和相稳定性却鲜有研究。基于此,北京科技大学的吕昭
[Abstract]:Positive high entropy alloy is a new alloy design concept, which generally contains 5 or more alloy elements, and each element content is the same or similar. The high entropy effect suppresses the appearance of intermetallic compounds, promotes the mixing of elements with each other, and finally forms simple structures such as body-centered cubic structure (BCC) or face-centered cubic structure (FCC).
