工业球磨制备石英砂粉体球磨介质的磨损研究

【摘要】:球磨作为一种介质运动式粉碎工艺,广泛应用于冶金选矿、陶瓷、化工、建材等大型工业部门,在众多成本中球磨介质磨耗占据较大比例。本文采用重量法通过调整球磨参数得出球磨介质的磨耗规律。结果表明:随着球磨时间延长,介质质量不断减小;在一定范围内,随着球磨转速增加,球磨介质磨损加越快;在一定范围内,随着料球比增加,球磨介质磨损减慢;随着大小球比值增加,球磨介质磨损总量在减小,但磨损速度基本不变。当球料比为1∶0.3,大小球质量比为1∶0.5,转速为110 r/min,工业球磨石英砂粉体球磨介质的磨损预测:石英砂原矿球磨到粒径为11.25μm,球磨介质磨耗与石英砂粉体产量的磨耗约为3.17 kg/t。
[Abstract]:As a kind of medium moving grinding process, ball milling is widely used in metallurgical mineral processing, ceramics, chemical industry, building materials and other large industrial departments. Among many costs, ball milling medium wear accounts for a large proportion. In this paper, the wear law of ball milling medium is obtained by adjusting the parameters of ball milling by gravimetric method. The results show that the medium quality decreases with the prolongation of ball milling time, the wear of ball milling medium increases faster with the increase of ball milling speed in a certain range, and slows down with the increase of ball ratio in a certain range.
