Al-Ti-C及稀土La对ZL114A组织性能影响的研究

【摘要】:ZL114A合金具有优良的力学性能和铸造性能,适用于铸造形状复杂的高强度铸件,被广泛应用于航空、航天和军事等工业。国内生产的ZL114A合金与国外差异较大,有的不能满足航空航天及性能要求较高的零件上,因而通过细化、变质工艺提高ZL114A合金的力学性能具有重大的意义。 本文运用X-ray衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、热分析仪等测试方法,以Al粉、Ti粉、石墨粉为原料,采用燃烧合成的方法,在箱式电阻炉中整体点火引燃制备Al-Ti-C中间合金,研究Ti/C、引燃温度、保温时间对Al-Ti-C的影响;对制备出的Al-Ti-C进行“稀释处理”,然后用其对工业纯铝进行细化,研究了Al-Ti-C中间合金的加入量、保温时间对工业纯铝的细化作用,并探讨细化机理;对ZL114A添加Al-Ti-C细化剂,,研究Al-Ti-C的加入量对ZL114A组织与性能的影响;对ZL114A添加稀土La,研究La的加入温度、加入量对ZL114A组织与性能的影响。 研究表明:(1)Ti/C为6、1000℃引燃、反应后保温5min能制备出含TiC数目多的Al-Ti-C中间合金;(2)对工业纯铝添加0.5%的Al-5Ti-0.833C合金,保温20min能使工业纯铝全部转化为等轴晶;(3)对ZL114A添加0.4%的Al-5Ti-0.833C,能减少ZL114A合金的二次枝晶间距,细化晶粒,提高ZL114A合金的力学性能;(4)对ZL114A添加稀土La,使La的含量为0.3%,能变质共晶硅,减少ZL114A合金的二次枝晶间距,细化晶粒,提高ZL114A合金的力学性能。
[Abstract]:ZL114A alloy has excellent mechanical properties and casting properties, which is suitable for casting high strength castings with complex shapes and is widely used in aviation, aerospace, military and other industries. The ZL114A alloy produced in China is quite different from that in foreign countries, and some of them can not meet the requirements of aerospace and performance, so it is of great significance to improve the mechanical properties of ZL114A alloy by refinement and modification process. In this paper, using X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, thermal analyzer and other testing methods, using Al powder, Ti powder and graphite powder as raw materials, Al-Ti-C master alloy was prepared by integral ignition in box resistance furnace. The effects of Ti/C, ignition temperature and holding time on Al-Ti-C were studied. The prepared Al-Ti-C was "diluted", and then the industrial pure aluminum was refined with it, the refinement effect of the amount of Al-Ti-C master alloy and holding time on the industrial pure aluminum was studied, and the refinement mechanism was discussed, and the effect of the amount of Al-Ti-C on the microstructure and properties of ZL114A was studied by adding Al-Ti-C refiner to ZL114A. The addition temperature of La and the effect of adding amount on the microstructure and properties of ZL114A were studied by adding rare earth La, to ZL114A.
