大型H型钢矫后残余应力分析与检测研究

【摘要】：针对某钢铁厂的实际需求,通过大量的实践研究建立了大型H型钢HN1000×300矫直模拟过程中的几何模型、材料模型、网格划分方法、边界条件设置的问题,利用该有限元模型通过采用ANSYS Workbench 14.5多物理场软件分析平台成功的完成了大型H型钢HN1000×300矫直过程的数值模拟。同时对矫后残余应力进行了分析和检测,由于残余应力的存在会使钢结构中的构件提前进入塑性状态,对构件的承载力和极限刚度等相关力学性能产生很大的影响,致使其寿命和安全性也大大降低。因此,全面掌握残余应力的成因分布和检测方法,对实际生产生活具有重要的指导意义和参考价值。
[Abstract]:According to the actual demand of an iron and steel plant, the geometric model, material model, mesh division method and boundary condition setting in the process of HN1000 脳 300 straightening simulation of large H-beam are established through a lot of practical research. The numerical simulation of HN1000 脳 300 straightening process of large H-beam is successfully completed by using the finite element model by using ANSYS Workbench 14.5 multi-physical field software analysis platform. At the same time, the residual stress after correction is analyzed and tested. because the existence of residual stress will make the members in the steel structure enter the plastic state ahead of time, it will have a great influence on the bearing capacity and ultimate stiffness of the members, and the life and safety of the members will also be greatly reduced. Therefore, it is of great guiding significance and reference value for the actual production and life to master the genetic distribution and detection method of residual stress in an all-round way.
