超高强度耐蚀钢结构件铣削加工工艺研究

【摘要】:超高强度钢一般指强度高于1400MPa并兼有适当韧性的结构钢。在航空工业中主要用于制造受力构件。随着飞机性能的不断改进,对其使用的结构材料提出了越来越高的要求,只有综合性能优良的材料才能满足所设计的要求。飞机起落架是飞机最重要的承力部件之一,其关键性承力构件主要选用超高强度钢进行制造,超高强度钢的高强度和高韧性使得它的加工相对于其他一般材料来说,加工较为困难,本论文选题针对一种新型的起落架超高强度耐蚀钢结构件铣削参数及刀具进行了研究。本文主要研究了超高强度耐蚀钢的切削力及切削温度,并研究了铣削过程中涂层硬质合金刀具的磨损情况,最终结合上述研究的结果针对部分零件的典型结构,优化了典型部位的切削参数,有效提高了加工效率。
[Abstract]:Ultra-high strength steel generally refers to structural steel with strength higher than 1400MPa and proper toughness. It is mainly used to manufacture stress components in aviation industry. With the continuous improvement of aircraft performance, the structural materials used in aircraft have been put forward higher and higher requirements, only the materials with excellent comprehensive performance can meet the requirements of the design. Aircraft landing gear is one of the most important bearing components of aircraft. Its key bearing components are mainly made of ultra-high strength steel. The high strength and high toughness of ultra-high strength steel make it difficult to process compared with other general materials. In this paper, the milling parameters and cutting tools of a new type of ultra-high strength corrosion-resistant steel structure of landing gear are studied. In this paper, the cutting force and cutting temperature of ultra-high strength corrosion-resistant steel are studied, and the wear of coated cemented carbide tools during milling is studied. finally, according to the typical structure of some parts, the cutting parameters of typical parts are optimized and the machining efficiency is effectively improved.
