2219合金正弦脉冲MIG焊的数模参数优化工艺研究

【摘要】:通过数学建模的方法得到了2219合金的正弦脉冲MIG焊接工艺回归方程,以焊接接头的抗拉强度为指标得到了最佳2219合金的焊接工艺参数,并观察了2219合金及其焊接接头的显微组织。结果表明,2219合金的最佳焊接工艺参数为:电压17.5 V、等离子电流65 A、焊接速度37 cm/min、等离子气流量13.5 L/min、送丝速度3.2 m/min。2219合金焊接接头的抗拉强度的预测值和实测值分别为290 MPa和285 MPa。
[Abstract]:The regression equation of sinusoidal pulse MIG welding process of 2219 alloy was obtained by mathematical modeling method. The optimum welding process parameters of 2219 alloy were obtained by taking the tensile strength of welded joint as the index, and the microstructure of 2219 alloy and its welded joint was observed.
