双级时效在铸造Mg-3Nd-0.2Zn-Zr(wt.%)镁合金中的应用(英文)

  研究了常规双级时效处理工艺(先低温160℃,后高温200℃)和反双级时效处理工艺(先高温200℃,后低温160℃)对低压砂型铸造Mg-3Nd-0.2Zn-Zr(NZ30K)(wt.%)镁合金的硬度和室温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,常规双级时效处理对提高NZ30K合金的屈服强度效果不明显,而反双级时效处理能明显提高NZ30K合金的屈服强度。经200℃×16h+160℃×64h反双级时效处理后,NZ30K合金获得最佳综合力学性能,硬度和屈服强度分别为75.7HV和161MPa。
