高氧强化的高强高塑Ti-Zr合金(英文)

通过粉末冶金和热加工方法制备氧含量为0.42%~0.54%(质量分数)的Ti-Zr合金。结果表明:Ti-Zr合金由具有相同α相结构的富Zr区和贫Zr区组成,富Zr区域的氧含量较高,且晶粒尺寸较小。Ti-Zr合金同时具有高强度(σs=700~900 MPa)和高的总伸长率(>20%),而氧的固溶强化是主要的强化机制。Zr由于与Ti具有高度结构相似性,对氧诱发Ti合金脆化的影响不大。因此,0.54%(质量分数)的高含量值仍处于韧性到脆性转变的临界氧含量范围内,不明显降低材料的延展性。
