【摘要】:工业现场信号传输过程通常出现各种问题,如:传输路径过长,导致信号负载能力变弱;信号类型不匹配;接地环流导致信号传输误差;耦合干扰等导致的信号数据失真。针对以上问题,可在信号回路中加装隔离器。传统信号隔离变送方案需要配合IO模块使用,该形式需要进行大量接线,接线错误无法避免、且IO模块需要占用较多机柜空间。菲尼克斯电气发布全新MINI Pro隔离器+v8总线适配器的解决方案,在提供可靠电气隔离的同时可有效解决上述问题。
[Abstract]:Usually, there are various problems in the process of signal transmission in industrial field, such as too long transmission path, resulting in weak signal load capacity, mismatch of signal type, signal transmission error caused by the earth's circumfluence, and distortion of signal data caused by coupling interference. In view of the above problems, the isolator can be installed in the signal loop. The traditional signal isolation transmission scheme needs to cooperate with the IO module, which requires a lot of wiring. The wiring error can not be avoided, and the IO module needs to occupy more cabinets space. Feinikesi Electric has released a new solution to the new MINI Pro isolator +v8 bus adapter, which can effectively solve the above problems while providing reliable electrical isolation.
