【摘要】:远程监控是工业自动化控制的重要应用形式,在能源、汽车、航空航天等很多领域具有广泛的应用。网关模块是远程监控系统中的核心部件,可靠和稳定的网关模块对于提高远程监控系统的整体功能具有非常重要的意义。 本文针对作者所在小组研发的远程监控网关中的软件模块进行分析与设计,主要研究和实现了以下几方面内容: (1).在分析ARM平台、嵌入式操作系统和GSM系统相关技术的基础上,完成了基于ARM7TDMI内核的S3C44B0的远程监控网关的总体设计工作,制定了远程监控网关实现过程的技术路线。根据系统总体设计的要求,移植了适合本系统的bootloader,对uclinux内核进行了裁剪。 (2).根据驱动程序的特点及远程监控网关设计过程中的要求,,本文分别对监控网关设计中的显示模块、语言模块及键盘模块的硬件驱动程序进行了设计开发,并对在实现过程中的中断进行了较为详尽的说明、处理和相应的设计。 (3).在对硬件进行详细分析及设计的基础上,本文重点对远程监控网关软件模块的主程序、液晶子菜单查询子程序、接线程序、语音录放子程序及GSM模块进行了设计和实现,通过实现各子模块的功能,达到本设计的所有功能和要求。 通过对本文设计的系统进行调试和测试表明,各硬件工作性能可靠,软件程序运行也稳定,验证了本文设计方案和实现方法的正确性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Remote monitoring is an important application form of industrial automation control. It is widely used in many fields such as energy, automobile, aerospace and so on. Gateway module is the core component of remote monitoring system. Reliable and stable gateway module is very important to improve the whole function of remote monitoring system. This paper analyzes and designs the software module of the remote monitoring gateway developed by the author, and mainly studies and implements the following aspects: Based on the analysis of ARM platform, embedded operating system and GSM system related technology. The overall design of the remote monitoring gateway based on the ARM7TDMI kernel S3C44B0 is completed, and the technical route of the realization process of the remote monitoring gateway is worked out, according to the requirements of the overall design of the system. The bootloader suitable for this system is transplanted and the uclinux kernel is clipped. According to the characteristics of the driver and the requirements in the design process of the remote monitoring gateway, the display modules in the design of the monitoring gateway are respectively discussed in this paper. The hardware driver of the language module and the keyboard module is designed and developed, and the interrupt in the process of implementation is explained, handled and designed in detail. Based on the detailed analysis and design of the hardware, this paper focuses on the main program of the remote monitoring gateway software module, the sub-menu query subprogram of LCD, and the wiring program. The speech recording and playback subroutine and GSM module are designed and implemented. By realizing the functions of each sub-module, all the functions and requirements of this design are achieved. Through the debugging and testing of the system designed in this paper, it is shown that the hardware performance is reliable and the software program is running stably. The correctness and feasibility of the design scheme and the implementation method are verified.
