【摘要】:设备维护系统在煤矿企业的现代化生产中起着重要的作用,振动监测是从设备的振动信号中提取反映振动状态的信息和参数,为设备维护系统提供原始数据。 本论文结合某矿务局综合机械化采掘设备维护系统的研制而展开。在分析原有设备维护系统的基础上,结合系统开发的要求以及目前煤矿机械振动监测技术在设备维护系统中的研究现状,,对设备维护系统的振动信号采集进行了具体的分析、设计,研究开发了满足实时采集要求的监测仪;根据原有维护系统使用情况,提出了C/S和B/S相结合的软件构建模式,数据采集系统采用C/S模式,而面向用户的设备信息维护系统采用B/S模式,实际表明这种模式具有更好的性能。 在硬件设计上,数据采集系统采用了嵌入式系统方案,系统以STM32生产的Cortex-M3内核微处理器为核心,构建嵌入式采集系统。系统采用模块化的设计思想确定了系统总体方案,系统包括微处理器模块、存储模块、振动信号调理模块、通信模块和电源模块,在此基础上,设计并研制了PCB电路板,并对系统的性能进行了实验室环境下的测试。 在软件设计上,根据“自顶而下”的软件设计原则,结合实际监测情况,进行了监测程序、显示程序、通信程序的设计,在数据采集和处理的同时完成了数据显示和曲线绘制等功能,建立了一套基于设备状态维护的实时振动监测系统。 研究结果表明,本文面向煤矿设备维护系统研发的机械振动监测系统,能够初步满足机械振动类信号的监测需求,为设备维护系统功能、可靠性的提升奠定了重要的基础。
[Abstract]:The equipment maintenance system plays an important role in the modern production of coal enterprises. Vibration monitoring is to extract information and parameters reflecting the vibration state from the vibration signals of the equipment, and provide raw data for the equipment maintenance system.
This paper combines a comprehensive mechanical mining bureau of mining equipment system maintenance and expansion. In the analysis of the existing equipment maintenance system based on the combination of system development and the requirements of the present coal mine mechanical vibration monitoring technology in the research system of equipment maintenance, maintenance of equipment vibration signal acquisition system design is analyzed in detail. Research and development, meet the requirements of the real-time monitor; according to the original maintenance system, put forward the model of constructing C/S and B/S combination of software, data acquisition system using C/S mode, and the surface to the user equipment maintenance information system using B/S model, practice shows that this model has better performance.
In hardware design, data acquisition system adopts the embedded system scheme, system uses Cortex-M3 microprocessor STM32 as the core of the production, construction of the embedded acquisition system. The system adopts modular design to determine the overall scheme of the system, the system comprises a microprocessor module, storage module, signal conditioning module, communication module and power supply module, this based on the development of the PCB and the circuit board design, and the performance of the system in the lab test.
In software design, according to the principle of software design from top to bottom ", combined with the actual situation of monitoring, monitoring program, display program, communication program design, data acquisition and processing and complete data display and curve drawing function, establish a real-time vibration monitoring system of equipment state maintenance based on.
The research results show that the mechanical vibration monitoring system developed for coal mine equipment maintenance system can initially meet the monitoring needs of mechanical vibration signals, and lay an important foundation for the improvement of equipment maintenance system function and reliability.
