【摘要】:无线监控终端仪表具有广泛的应用前景,在各种行业中都占有重要的位置,越来越多的领域应用到以单片机为控制核心,用液晶显示作为显示终端的数字化控制设备,通过单片机对被控对象进行智能处理。 本设计是从降低开发成本、扩大适用范围、提高系统运行的稳定性和可靠性的设计目的出发,采用MSP430F149单片机为控制核心进行信号的采集,,并显示在LCD液晶屏上,最终实现数据的采集、显示和GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications)无线通信。本文重点阐述了系统的硬件构成和软件程序的设计过程。其中硬件构成有电源及复位模块、采集模块、显示模块,无线模块等。 MSP430F149是一种16位内含FLASH型芯片的单片机,具有高速运算、开发设备简便、可现场编程等特点,这给控制系统的设计带来了极大的便利性。各个模块的电路原理图与PCB图由Protel软件来设计完成。 经过调试的结果表明该设计方案可行,能够实现供水网管压力检测采集和无线传输功能。
[Abstract]:The wireless monitoring terminal instrument has wide application prospect , occupies an important position in various industries , and more and more fields are applied to the digital control equipment taking the single chip microcomputer as the control core , and the liquid crystal display is used as the display terminal , and the controlled object is intelligently processed through the single chip microcomputer . The design aims to reduce the development cost , expand the application range , improve the stability and reliability of the system operation , and display the signal acquisition , display and GSM ( Global System for Mobile Communications ) wireless communication on the LCD liquid crystal screen . The hardware structure of the system and the design process of the software program are described . The hardware is composed of power supply and reset module , acquisition module , display module , wireless module , etc . MSP 430F149 is a 16 - bit MCU with FLASH - type chip . It has the characteristics of high - speed operation , simple and convenient development , field programming and so on . It brings great convenience to the design of the control system . The circuit schematic diagram and PCB diagram of each module are designed by Protel software . The results show that the design scheme is feasible , and the water supply network pipe pressure detection and acquisition and wireless transmission function can be realized .
