【摘要】:随着计算机的普及和办公电子化的发展,各种计算机输出设备普遍出现在社会生活中,其中喷墨打印机作为制作日常文件的常用办公机具,是计算机输出设备的重要组成部分。随着我国社会经济的不断繁荣,和法制的健全,越来越多的社会活动中都会使用到包含喷墨打印机在内的各种机具,来制作如合同、借条、证明书等日常的文件,这些文件也是我国诉讼活动中常见文件,因而成为司法鉴定文书研究的重要对象之一。针对喷墨打印机机制文件的各种特点进行研究,对司法鉴定实践中的文件同一性认定,同机认定,篡改伪造文件检验都有很大的促进作用,为鉴定文件提供有力的支持,为司法公平和正义的实现提供有力的促进作用。 本文对喷墨打印机机制文件的特点研究,主要从以下几个方面来阐述,,本文第一章介绍了喷墨印刷文件的历史和趋势,主要来阐明喷墨打印印刷技术有哪些,他们的产生和发展,过程,让读者对喷墨印刷有个全面的了解。第二章主要介绍了按需喷墨打印机工作的原理和喷墨打印机机具的构成,主要来阐明爱普生、佳能、惠普三大公司的技术特点。第三章主要介绍了当前我国常用喷墨打印机的主要品牌和型号,以及为了研究喷墨打印机所设计的样本情况,对样本的收集情况和对样本使用显微镜、文件检验仪器等设备进行的分析情况,以使读者对我国常见喷墨打印机的使用情况有所了解。展开喷墨打印机文件特点的研究途径作以介绍。第四章主要介绍了对样本的研究形成的喷墨打印机机制文件特点,介绍了当前喷墨打印机机制文件的印刷的一般特点,主要从墨迹分布形态,喷嘴的尺寸,分辨率等因素在喷墨印刷文件过程中的特点,并且讨论了利用特点的特殊性在喷墨机制文件种属鉴定和同种鉴定中的应用。第五章主要介绍了在利用喷墨打印机机制文件鉴定文件中的需要注意的一些问题,以及介绍了一例利用喷墨打印机特点鉴定案件的情况。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of computers and the development of electronic office, a variety of computer output devices generally appear in social life, among which inkjet printers are commonly used to produce daily documents. It is an important part of computer output equipment. With the continuous prosperity of our social economy and the sound of legal system, more and more social activities will use a variety of machines and tools, including inkjet printers. To produce such daily documents as contracts, debits, certificates, and so on, which are also common documents in our country's litigation activities. Therefore, it has become one of the important objects in the research of judicial identification documents. According to the various characteristics of ink jet printer mechanism files, the identification of the identity of documents in the practice of judicial expertise, the identification of the same machine. Tampering with forged documents has a great role in promoting the identification of documents to provide strong support for the realization of judicial fairness and justice to provide a strong role in promoting. In this paper, the characteristics of inkjet printer mechanism files, mainly from the following aspects to elaborate, the first chapter of this paper introduces the history and trends of inkjet printing documents, mainly to clarify the inkjet printing technology. Their emergence and development, the process, so that readers have a comprehensive understanding of inkjet printing. Chapter two mainly introduces the principle of on-demand inkjet printer and the composition of inkjet printer tools, mainly to elucidate Epson. Chapter three mainly introduces the main brands and models of inkjet printers commonly used in our country and the samples designed for studying inkjet printers. The collection of samples and the use of microscopes, document inspection instruments and other equipment for the analysis of the situation. In order to make readers understand the usage of common inkjet printers in our country, this paper introduces the research methods of the characteristics of inkjet printer files. Chapter 4th mainly introduces the mechanism of inkjet printers formed by the research of samples. Features. This paper introduces the general characteristics of ink jet printer mechanism file printing, mainly from the ink ink distribution form, nozzle size, resolution and other factors in the ink jet printing process. It also discusses the application of the particularity of the characteristics in the identification of the ink-jet mechanism file and the homologous identification. Chapter 5th mainly introduces some problems needing attention in the identification of the file using the inkjet printer mechanism file. An example of case identification using the characteristics of inkjet printer is also introduced.
