烟台FSK搬迁项目成本控制研究

【摘要】:在中国大陆拥有28个厂区,100余万员工的FSK科技公司,依据市场新变化,对中国大陆布局进行新的调整,烟台台式计算机事业群搬迁武汉是其重要一环,因涉及数万员工、上千台设备、成百条生产线的搬迁,同时还需保证相应的订单生产,FSK烟台搬迁项目所涉成本巨大、复杂,,搬迁项目处理不当不仅导致巨大的成本浪费而且会严重影响搬迁进度和企业的正常生产,因此必须使用成熟的项目管理方法对此项目进行成本控制,同时达到成本与进度的统筹。 项目成本控制是项目管理工程中很重要的部分,当前伴随着经济全球化趋势的发展,国内外企业依据客户、产能、环境等变化,不断的调整各自的摆兵布阵,而搬迁工程是很复杂的项目,搬迁的成本对企业影响相当深远。纵观各文献数据,对搬迁项目进行成本控制的研究相对较少,希望本文能有一定的参考意义,同时也希望能够抛砖引玉。 本文采用案例分析法对烟台FSK搬迁项目成本控制进行分析,指出问题,再运用调查研究法和企业诊断法对该项目问题进行分析,研究,最后提出解决方案,构建出成本控制体系,并在项目二期中得到运用和检验。希望能够为搬迁企业在项目成本控制方面提供粗浅的依据和参考。
[Abstract]:FSK Technology, which has more than 1 million employees in 28 factories in mainland China, has made a new adjustment to the layout of mainland China according to the new changes in the market. Yantai desktop computer business group relocation of Wuhan is an important link, because it involves tens of thousands of employees, thousands of equipment, hundreds of production lines move, but also to ensure the corresponding order production. The cost of FSK Yantai relocation project is huge and complex. The improper handling of the relocation project will not only lead to huge cost waste but also seriously affect the progress of relocation and the normal production of enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to use mature project management methods to control the cost of the project, and to achieve cost and schedule coordination. Project cost control is a very important part of project management engineering. With the development of economic globalization, enterprises at home and abroad constantly adjust their positions according to the changes of customers, production capacity, environment and so on. The relocation project is a very complex project, the cost of relocation has a profound impact on the enterprise. Throughout the literature data, the research on cost control of the relocation project is relatively few, I hope this paper can have a certain reference significance. At the same time also hope to be able to throw bricks to attract jade. This paper uses case analysis method to analyze the cost control of Yantai FSK relocation project, points out the problem, and then uses the method of investigation and enterprise diagnosis to analyze and study the project. Finally, the paper puts forward a solution, constructs a cost control system, and is used and tested in the second phase of the project. It is hoped that it can provide a basic basis and reference for the relocation enterprise in the project cost control.
