基于能力本位的中职计算机专业课程体系的研究

【摘要】:目前大部分中职学校仍然采用以知识传授为主的教学方式,并辅助以适量的实习实训,这种教学方式难以提升学生的综合职业能力。能力本位教育作为世界各国职业课程体系改革的指导思想,具有先进的能力观和完整的课程观,为我国课程体系研究提供了学习方向和成功经验。基于能力本位的中职计算机专业课程体系的研究,使其形成自身的特色和优势,对培养一线中等高素质劳动者和技能型人才具有现实意义。本文主要采用文献研究、比较研究、调查问卷等方法,对中职计算机专业课程体系进行研究。能力本位基础下中职计算机专业课程体系设计包括五大方面:针对学生职业能力的培养确立课程目标,兼顾学生的全面发展;以职业能力分析为本,结合相关的知识与素质要求进行课程设置;围绕着工作过程所需知识进行选择和序化形成课程内容;对影响课程实施的主要因素——教学模式与教学方法进行探讨;提出课程评价多元化。本文分为五大部分。第一部分介绍了本论文的研究背景、研究目的及意义、文献综述、研究思路、研究方法;第二部分界定了本论文的核心概念,并阐述了能力本位基础下中职计算机专业课程体系的设计基础;第三部分是国外能力本位职业教育课程概述;第四部分以定州市职教中心为例,阐述了中职计算机专业课程体系现状、存在问题及原因剖析;第五部分深入分析平面设计方向的职业岗位,以岗位能力的细化为依据,综合考虑影响课程体系的多方面因素,从课程目标、课程内容、课程设置、课程实施及课程评价这五个方面设计能力本位基础下中职计算机专业课程体系方案,这是本论文的研究重点,也是本论文的创新之处。
[Abstract]:At present, the majority of secondary vocational schools still use the knowledge imparting teaching method, and assist with the appropriate amount of practical practice. This teaching method is difficult to improve students' comprehensive vocational ability. As the guiding ideology of the reform of vocational curriculum system in various countries of the world, competency-based education has advanced ability view and complete curriculum view. It provides the study direction and successful experience for the research of curriculum system in our country. The research on the curriculum system of computer major based on ability standard makes it form its own characteristics and advantages. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research, comparative study, questionnaire and so on. This paper studies the curriculum system of computer major in secondary vocational school. The curriculum system design of computer major in secondary vocational school includes five aspects: establishing the course goal for the cultivation of students' vocational ability. Taking into account the all-round development of students; Based on the analysis of professional ability, the curriculum is designed in combination with relevant knowledge and quality requirements. The course content should be selected and sequenced around the knowledge needed in the working process. This paper probes into the main factors that influence the implementation of the curriculum, that is, the teaching mode and teaching method. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, literature review, research ideas, research methods; The second part defines the core concept of this paper, and expounds the design basis of the curriculum system of computer major in secondary vocational school based on competency standard. The third part is an overview of foreign capability-based vocational education curriculum; Part 4th takes Dingzhou Vocational Education Center as an example, expounds the current situation, existing problems and reasons of the curriculum system of computer major in secondary vocational school. 5th part of in-depth analysis of the graphic design direction of professional posts, based on the refinement of post ability, comprehensive consideration of the various factors affecting the curriculum system, from the curriculum objectives, curriculum content, curriculum settings. Curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation are the key points of this thesis and the innovation of this paper.
