基于低碳的废旧电脑逆向物流选址—路径研究

【摘要】:实现低碳发展,平衡经济与环境之间的矛盾,是各国政府和社会的追求与共同责任。随着经济的快速发展,电脑的更新换代速度也在不断加快,我国已进入电脑废弃的高峰期。出于对环境保护和节约资源的考虑,人们开始普遍关注废旧电脑的回收问题。目前,家庭作坊式的回收企业使用不规范的回收方式严重污染了水、空气、土壤,而多数专业的回收处理企业由于没有有效的回收网络收集到的废旧电脑数量相对其处理能力而言非常少,进而导致亏损。因此,构建合理的废旧电脑的回收网络,优化逆向物流系统从而使回收处理企业的收益最大化成为一个亟待解决的问题。 本文在相关文献研究的基础上,理论联系实际,分析了我国废旧电脑的回收现状,并借鉴国外废旧电脑逆向物流的成功的发展经验,对影响逆向物流网络整体效益的两个重要的因素——回收处理中心的选址定位和各回收设施之间运输车辆路线的设计安排进行研究,通过对运输路线的优化安排实现逆向物流运输成本的节约和碳排放量的最小化,进而实现废旧电脑专业处理企业的收益最优化,综合考虑了再处理中心的选址问题和处理能力限制,并根据各回收点的收集数量以及各设施点间的距离等合理的安排车辆的运输批量和运输路线。并通过算例对本文所建模型进行应用,证明了算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:It is the pursuit and common responsibility of governments and society to realize low-carbon development and balance the contradiction between economy and environment. With the rapid development of economy, the speed of computer upgrading is also accelerating. China has entered the peak period of computer waste. Due to the consideration of environmental protection and conservation of resources, people begin to pay attention to the recycling of used computers. Home-based recycling businesses use irregular recycling methods to seriously pollute water, air, and soil. And most professional recycling enterprises because there is no effective recycling network to collect the number of waste computers relative to its processing capacity is very small, and then lead to losses. It is an urgent problem to construct a reasonable recycling network of waste computers and optimize the reverse logistics system so as to maximize the revenue of recycling and processing enterprises. Based on the research of related literature, this paper analyzes the current situation of recycling waste computers in our country, and draws lessons from the successful development experience of reverse logistics of used computers in foreign countries. This paper studies two important factors that affect the overall benefit of reverse logistics network, namely, the location of the recycling center and the design arrangement of the transportation vehicle route between the recycling facilities. Through the optimization of the transportation route to achieve the reverse logistics transportation cost savings and carbon emissions minimization, and then realize the waste computer professional processing enterprise income optimization. The problem of location of reprocessing center and the limitation of processing capacity are considered comprehensively. According to the collection quantity of each recovery point and the distance between the facilities, the transportation volume and route of the vehicle are arranged reasonably. The validity of the algorithm is proved by the application of the model established in this paper through an example.
