基于ARM的微库仑综合分析仪的研究

【摘要】:微库仑分析法是一种检测石油、化工产品和其它有机及无机化合物中硫、氯、氮等元素含量的方法,其特点是灵敏度高、精密度高、反应速度快和具有较强的抗干扰能力。随着科技的不断发展,国内对微库仑分析仪的使用日趋广泛,但已有微库仑分析仪主要是通过单片机控制,其滴定过程的操作是依靠PC机完成,每台微库仑分析仪需配备一台PC机。基于此,研究和设计一款高精度、小体积、易操作和高性价比的微库仑综合分析仪的系统显得尤其必要。 本论文针对已有微库仑分析仪在体积、可靠性等方面存在的问题,设计了嵌入式微库仑综合分析仪的软硬件系统。 利用ARM11嵌入式微处理器和Windows Embedded CE6.0操作系统的基本架构,选择数据处理能力强的ARM11微处理器作为微库仑分析仪的核心处理器,通过移植、定制实时的嵌入式操作系统Windows Embedded CE6.0为微库仑分析仪提供软件运行平台。 本设计由主机控制部分、进样器、搅拌器、温度及流量控制器、裂解炉、电解池及上位机操作界面几部分组成。硬件设计主要包括数据采集电路、库仑放大器、积分电路设计、背压检测电路、进样电路、质量流量控制电路及主控电路等模块;软件设计在移植Windows Embedded CE6.0嵌入式操作系统的基础上,实现数据实时采集、积分起始点和结束点的判定、峰形面积的计算、滴定曲线的绘制、样品含量的分析等库仑测量功能及人机交互操作界面。 经实验验证,该微库仑综合分析仪实现了小型化、一体化,具有精度较高、系统运行稳定等特点,可以测量固体、液体、气体中的硫、氯、氮等元素的含量,能够满足石油化工业、冶金煤炭业、食品卫生、环保等相关领域的测量要求。
[Abstract]:Microcoulometry is a method for the determination of sulfur, chlorine and nitrogen in petroleum, chemical products and other organic and inorganic compounds. Its characteristics are high sensitivity and high precision. With the development of science and technology, the microcoulomb analyzer is widely used in our country, but the microcoulomb analyzer has been controlled by single chip microcomputer. The operation of the titration process depends on PC, each microcoulomb analyzer needs to be equipped with a PC. Based on this, a high precision and small volume is studied and designed. The system of microcoulomb comprehensive analyzer with easy operation and high cost-performance ratio is especially necessary. In this paper, the hardware and software system of embedded microcoulomb comprehensive analyzer is designed to solve the problems in volume and reliability of existing microcoulomb analyzer. The basic architecture of ARM11 embedded microprocessor and Windows Embedded CE6.0 operating system is used. The ARM11 microprocessor with strong data processing ability is selected as the core processor of the microcoulomb analyzer. Windows Embedded CE6.0, a customized embedded operating system, provides a software platform for microcoulomb analyzer. The design is composed of host control part, sampler, agitator, temperature and flow controller, cracking furnace, electrolytic cell and upper computer operation interface. The hardware design mainly includes data acquisition circuit. Coulomb amplifier, integral circuit design, back voltage detection circuit, sample injection circuit, mass flow control circuit and main control circuit module; On the basis of transplanting the Windows Embedded CE6.0 embedded operating system, the software design realizes the real-time data collection, the judgment of the starting point and the ending point of the integral. Calculation of peak area, drawing of titration curve, analysis of sample content and other Coulomb measurement functions and man-machine interactive operation interface. The experimental results show that the microcoulomb comprehensive analyzer can realize miniaturization, integration, high precision and stable operation of the system. It can measure the contents of sulfur, chlorine and nitrogen in solid, liquid and gas. Able to meet the requirements of petrochemical industry, metallurgical and coal industry, food hygiene, environmental protection and other related areas.
