基于USB的ARINC429总线接口设计与实现

【摘要】:现有航空电子设备的测试系统体积大,,价格昂贵,鉴于此本课题在详细研究ARINC429数据总线协议以及参考国内外芯片设计的基础上,结合大规模可编程技术,提出了一种基于USB总线的解决方案。本课题通过USB总线完成接口板与PC主机之间的通信,采用可编程逻辑器件FPGA实现ARINC429信号的接收与发送以及与USB总线接口间的通信,大大简化了系统设计,使PC主机和板卡的连接过程变得更为简单,实现了测试设备的便携性和使用的灵活性。 论文首先介绍了课题的研究背景、意义和设计中涉及到的关键技术,如ARINC429数据总线的通信协议以及USB设备的开发流程等。然后给出系统的总体设计思路。之后详细阐述了系统软硬件设计与实现。其中系统硬件电路设计主要包括:USB总线接口电路、USB-429总线通信接口电路、调制解调电路的设计;系统软件主要包括:接口固件程序、USB驱动程序和用户应用程序三部分。最后,通过自行搭建的硬件平台对系统进行测试。 课题设计接口卡实现了相互独立2路发送通道、2路接收通道,传输速率100kbps或12.5kbps可选,数据字长32bit,发送时间间隔可设,经过测试该接口卡性能稳定,具有良好的数据传送能力,可以方便地应用到基于ARINC429总线的航空电子设备的测试中。
[Abstract]:The existing avionics testing system is large in volume and expensive in price. In view of this topic, we study the ARINC429 data bus protocol in detail and refer to the design of chips at home and abroad. Combined with large-scale programmable technology, a solution based on USB bus is proposed. The communication between interface board and PC host is accomplished by USB bus. The programmable logic device (FPGA) is used to realize the receiving and transmitting of ARINC429 signal and the communication with USB bus interface, which greatly simplifies the design of the system. It makes the connection process between PC host and board more simple, and realizes the portability and flexibility of test equipment. The paper first introduces the research background, significance and key technologies involved in the design. For example, the communication protocol of ARINC429 data bus and the developing flow of USB equipment. Then the overall design idea of the system is given. Then, the design and implementation of the system hardware and software are described in detail. The circuit design includes:. USB bus interface circuit. USB-429 bus communication interface circuit, modulation and demodulation circuit design; The system software mainly includes three parts: interface firmware program USB driver and user application program. Finally, the system is tested through the self-built hardware platform. The interface card is designed to realize two independent transmission channels and two receiving channels. The transmission rate is 100kbps or 12.5kbps, and the data word length is 32bit. The transmission time interval can be set, the performance of the interface card is stable, and the interface card has good data transfer ability. It can be applied to the test of avionics equipment based on ARINC429 bus conveniently.
