服务业客户多媒体评价终端的设计与开发

【摘要】:近年来,随着电子信息技术和互联网技术的高速发展,越来越多的智能产品广泛地运用在社会生产与生活的各个方面。社会的进步、生活质量的提升致使服务行业越来越重视自己的服务品质,拥有高智能化、高实时性的评价终端,无疑成为了当今中国服务行业的追求。基于嵌入式技术客户多媒体评价终端,可以很好的满足服务行业的这种需求,它具有模块化的设计,优秀的可移植性以及更直观的界面设计。本文是在研究了当今社会需求的基础上,设计了客户多媒体评价终端。 (1)本文分析了当前时代背景下客户多媒体评价终端的发展现状,指出了现有评价终端的局限性。在此基础上,提出了采用以三星公司的S3C2440处理器为核心,外接其余外围接口电路构成硬件平台,加载Wicne6.0操作系统,实现客户多媒体评价终端的智能化、数字化。 (2)对Wince操作系统的移植给出具体步骤,并成功修改移植了Bootloader与OAL,编译生成操作系统映像后,将其烧写进NandFlash中,便可使Wince6.0操作系统成功在硬件平台上加载并启动。同时,编译好的系统会生成基于该硬件平台的SDK(Software Development Kit,软件开发包)环境开发包,安装于开发主机,便成功搭建了本系统的研发环境。 (3)多媒体评价终端使用MFC Smart Device创建工程,实现了三大层面五大模块,分别是数据层、传输层、显示层,以及宣传展示模块、柜员管理模块、服务评价模块、语音报价模块、屏幕同步模块,并就每个模块的开发给出具体的程序流程。特别针对显示可能出现的问题给出了详细的解决方案,逐步完善客户多媒体评价终端的各项功能,最后本文还研究并设计了与终端系统配合使用的SDK开发包,方便软件工程师在本系统的基础上开发扩展更多的功能。 (4)对整套系统主要功能进行综合测试,根据功能需求及性能指标,分别进行了相关的测试,并就测试结果给出了相关结论。 测试结果表明,成功研发的客户多媒体评价终端,可以为服务行业提供优越的操控体验,并且能够很方便地嵌入到他们的日常工作中,来辅助提高工作效率。针对终端系统研发的SDK,也可以提供给第三方开发者更多的扩展空间,从而实现将本文研究的终端系统与其他系统完美结合,成为更加成熟稳定的系统。这也是本文研究客户多媒体评价终端的另一意义所在。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic information technology and Internet technology, more and more intelligent products are widely used in all aspects of social production and life. The improvement of quality of life has led the service industry to pay more and more attention to its own service quality, with a high intelligent, high real-time evaluation terminal. Undoubtedly, it has become the pursuit of Chinese service industry. Based on embedded technology customer multimedia evaluation terminal, can meet the needs of the service industry, it has a modular design. Excellent portability and more intuitive interface design. This paper designs a client multimedia evaluation terminal based on the research of the current social needs. This paper analyzes the current situation of customer multimedia evaluation terminals under the background of the current era, and points out the limitations of the existing evaluation terminals. A hardware platform based on Samsung S3C2440 processor and external peripheral interface circuit is proposed to load the Wicne6.0 operating system. The realization of customer multimedia evaluation terminal intelligent, digital. 2) the concrete steps of porting Wince operating system are given, and the Bootloader and OALare modified successfully, and the operating system image is compiled and generated. Burn it into NandFlash, the Wince6.0 operating system can be successfully loaded and started on the hardware platform. At the same time. The compiled system generates the SDK(Software Development Kit (software development kit) environment development kit based on the hardware platform, which is installed on the development host. It has successfully built the research and development environment of the system. The multimedia evaluation terminal uses MFC Smart Device to create the project, and realizes five modules of three levels, namely, data layer, transmission layer, display layer, and propaganda and display module. Teller management module, service evaluation module, voice quote module, screen synchronization module. And the development of each module gives a specific program flow, especially for the display of possible problems given a detailed solution, gradually improve the customer multimedia evaluation terminal functions. Finally, this paper also studies and designs the SDK development kit which is used with the terminal system, which is convenient for the software engineer to develop and expand more functions on the basis of the system. 4) the main functions of the whole system are comprehensively tested. According to the functional requirements and performance indexes, the relevant tests are carried out, and the relevant conclusions are given on the test results. The test results show that the successful development of customer multimedia evaluation terminal can provide a superior control experience for the service industry, and can be easily embedded into their daily work. SDKs for terminal system research and development can also provide more extension space for third-party developers to achieve the perfect combination of terminal system and other systems studied in this paper. Become a more mature and stable system, which is another significance of this paper to study customer multimedia evaluation terminal.
