JX定制化数据中心建设的进度管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着互联网+时代的到来,云计算也从一个概念逐步变得更加容易理解和更加具体化。云计算的发展必须以强大的IDC数据中心的基础设施作为云计算业务的硬件支撑。为了满足云业务的迅速发展和大规模云计算的应用,IDC数据中心也在不断兴建。IDC数据中心的特点是投资建设成本大,技术复杂,涉及到的专业很多,运营成本高。为满足投资方的利益,投资方对项目的工期要求、项目的质量要求以及项目的成本投资管控等方面提出了更高甚至更加苛刻的要求,力争在最短时间内能够交付并产生收益。而定制化数据中心是以标准数据中心的建设标准为基础,提出了更多具体化的要求。定制的概念从设计之初就体现的淋漓尽致,同时还要预留一定的可拓展性,对于整体的设计能力是一次考验。同时,定制化提出的具体要求也对具体实施方案提出了更高的要求,需要按照详细要求制定个性化的方案和计划,来保障工期和施工质量。本文是以深圳市观澜锦绣定制化IDC数据中心项目建设为背景,分析和讨论了定制化机房的特点以及进度管理在IDC数据中心建设过程中的应用,希望能够通过对该项目建设过程进度的管控来得出定制化机房建设在管理过程中的一些特点,达到快速兴建,如期交付的目的。本文首先阐述了IDC数据中心的概念、IDC数据中心建设的一般基本构成,在此基础之上,对本文用到的项目管理方面的知识进行了评述,通过对国内外的文献进行研究做好本文的理论支撑。之后阐述了具体实施项目的项目情况和项目的建设目标;通过WBS分解和网络图,估算整个项目的建设工期;通过关键路径分析法应用网络技术找到项目建设过程中整体项目建设建设的重要把控点;分析项目在实施过程中可能对进度产生影响的因素分析和一些可以保障进度的具体流程和措施;最后对项目中出现了几个典型的问题进行了分析和总结。通过利用项目管理的知识,进度管理中的因素分析和管理工具的使用,通过关键路径法分析能够有效的跟踪对比项目建设情况,出现计划外事件能够有条不紊的分析对项目的建设进度影响从而选定调整策略和调整方案,做到合理改变相关的工序搭接关系和资源投入来实现工期的优化调整,从而达到快速兴建,准时交付的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the advent of the Internet era. Cloud computing has also evolved from a concept to be easier to understand and more concrete. The development of cloud computing must be based on a strong IDC data center infrastructure as the hardware support for cloud computing business. The rapid development of cloud computing and large-scale applications. The characteristics of IDC data center are that the investment and construction cost is large, the technology is complex, the specialty is many, the operation cost is high, to satisfy the benefit of the investor. Investors put forward higher or more stringent requirements on project duration requirements, project quality requirements and project cost investment control and other aspects. Strive to be able to deliver and generate revenue in the shortest time. The customized data center is based on the standard data center construction standards. Put forward more specific requirements. The concept of customization from the beginning of the design embodied incisively and vividly, but also reserved a certain degree of scalability, for the overall design capability is a test. At the same time. The specific requirements put forward by the customization also put forward higher requirements for the specific implementation plan, which need to formulate individualized programs and plans according to the detailed requirements. This paper is based on the construction of Shenzhen Guanlan brocade customized IDC data center project as the background. The characteristics of customized computer room and the application of schedule management in the construction of IDC data center are analyzed and discussed. It is hoped that some characteristics of the customized computer room construction in the management process can be obtained by controlling the progress of the construction process of the project, so that the rapid construction can be achieved. This paper first describes the concept of IDC data center and the general construction of IDC data center on this basis. The knowledge of project management used in this paper is reviewed, and the theoretical support of this paper is made through the research of domestic and foreign literature. The construction period of the whole project is estimated by WBS decomposition and network diagram. The critical path analysis method is used to find the important control point of the whole project construction in the process of the project construction. Analysis of the factors that may affect the progress of the project in the implementation process and some specific processes and measures to ensure progress; Finally, several typical problems appear in the project are analyzed and summarized. By using the knowledge of project management, the factor analysis and the use of management tools in schedule management. Through the critical path analysis can effectively track and contrast the project construction situation, the occurrence of unplanned events can methodically analyze the impact on the construction progress of the project so as to select the adjustment strategy and adjustment scheme. In order to achieve the goal of rapid construction and timely delivery, the optimal adjustment of time limit can be realized by reasonably changing the relevant procedure overlap relationship and resource input.
