【摘要】:基于Linux内核的Android开源手机操作系统的普及和应用处理器的发展使得智能手机的研发和应用得以快速发展。NIVIDA AP20H处理器采用双核Cortex A9架构,通过SoC技术集成GPU、音视频处理器等多项功能模块,是一种用于智能手机设计的功能强大的应用处理器。TD-SCDMA作为第三代移动通信标准,是我国首次自主提出并以我国知识产权为主的第三代移动通信标准,在我国电信发展历史上具有重要战略意义。 本论文结合中国移动定制手机设计案例,对基于NIVIDA双核应用处理器的TD-SCDMA智能手机关键电路的设计进行了深入的研究,主要内容包括: 1、介绍ARM双核应用处理器,及基于双核处理器智能手机设计中采用的电路设计关键技术。 2、对基于AP20H双核应用处理器的TD-SCDMA智能手机硬件设计中关键模块的硬件设计进行了重点阐述。详细分析了整机系统的电源设计,优化系统功耗设计;对应用处理器和基带处理器的互连接口设计流程、关键措施和优化要点等内容进行了系统的研究和论述,提升系统稳定性;运用音频设计技术完成各种音频通路的设计,确保可以满足各种功能需求,并充分考虑节电性能。 3、针对电路设计中遇到的问题进行了详细的技术分析,并提出了完整的处理方案和解决措施,给出了典型的案例分析。 通过本论文,可以使手机电路设计工程师能够快速的掌握双核应用处理器加基带处理器的智能手机的硬件设计、重点设计注意事项等内容。为快速设计出满足运营商定制需求的高端TD-SCDMA手机打下坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of Android open source mobile operating system based on Linux kernel and the development of application processor, the research and application of smart phone has been developed rapidly. NIVIDA AP20H processor adopts dual-core Cortex A9 architecture. Integrating GPU, audio and video processors and other functional modules through SoC technology, it is a powerful application processor for smart phone design. TD-SCDMA is the third generation mobile communication standard. It is the third generation mobile communication standard which is put forward by our country for the first time and mainly based on intellectual property rights of our country. It has important strategic significance in the history of telecommunication development in our country. In this paper, the design of the key circuit of TD-SCDMA smart phone based on NIVIDA dual-core application processor is studied, which is based on the case of China Mobile custom-made mobile phone. The main contents are as follows:. 1. The ARM dual core application processor and the key circuit design techniques used in the design of smart phone based on dual core processor are introduced. 2. The hardware design of the key modules in the hardware design of TD-SCDMA smart phone based on AP20H dual-core application processor is described in detail, and the power supply design of the whole system is analyzed in detail, and the power consumption design of the whole system is optimized. The interconnect interface design flow, key measures and optimization points of application processor and baseband processor are systematically studied and discussed in order to improve the stability of the system. Ensure that all functional requirements can be met, and fully consider power saving performance. 3. The technical analysis of the problems encountered in the circuit design is carried out in detail, and the complete treatment scheme and solving measures are put forward, and a typical case analysis is given. In this paper, the hardware design of smart phone with dual-core application processor and baseband processor can be quickly mastered by the mobile phone circuit design engineer. It lays a solid foundation for the rapid design of high-end TD-SCDMA mobile phones that meet the needs of operators.
