基于嵌入式系统的汽轮发电机组状态监测系统的研究

【摘要】:在火力发电以及核电中,绝大多数都是以汽轮机拖动发电机来生产电能,如果汽轮发电机组发生故障,将造成巨大的经济损失以及严重的社会影响,汽轮发电机组状态监测系统就是监测、保护汽轮发电机组安全运行的关键设备。本论文以国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)“超临界、超超临界大型汽轮发电机组状态监测与故障诊断技术及其系统研究”为依托,对目前国内外汽轮发电机组状态监测系统展开了广泛调研,深入研究分析了国内外技术,指出了目前状态监测系统存在的问题;针对这些问题,展开了基于嵌入式系统的汽轮发电机组状态监测系统的研究工作,提出了一种基于ARM和Linux的汽轮发电机组状态监测系统设计方案,研究并移植了嵌入式Linux操作系统,编写了功能完善的系统应用程序,开发出了一套功能完善、高稳定性的嵌入式汽轮发电机组状态监测系统,解决了目前状态监测系统存在的问题,具有重要的应用意义。论文的主要内容及其章节安排如下: 第一章综述了汽轮发电机组状态监测系统国内外现状及发展趋势,介绍了嵌入式系统及其在汽轮发电机组状态监测系统中的应用,分析了嵌入式汽轮发电机组状态监测系统存在的问题,最后结合研究命题提出了本论文的主要研究内容和总体框架。 第二章概述了汽轮发电机组状态监测系统,结合目前工业现场的需求和汽轮发电机组状态监测系统的发展趋势,提出了本次系统的设计目标,经过研究分析,提出了一种基于ARM和Linux的汽轮发电机组状态监测系统设计方案,为本论文接下来的工作提供了理论依据。 第三章介绍了ARM处理器,结合系统设计目标,对嵌入式工控主板进行了调研和选型,最后结合软件设计方案及工控主板特点分配了工控主板的存储空间,为嵌入式操作系统的移植做好了准备。 第四章研究了嵌入式Linux操作系统,在此基础上,完成了嵌入式Linux操作系统的移植,最后对建立的嵌入式平台进行了性能评测,结果表明该嵌入式平台满足本次系统设计需求。 第五章根据本次系统设计目标,细分了嵌入式汽轮发电机组状态监测系统应用程序功能,研究了应用程序的实现方案,选择了本次应用程序开发工具,开发出了功能完善的应用程序。 第六章进行系统实验研究,测试和分析结果表明,本系统解决了目前嵌入式汽轮发电机组状态监测系统所面临的功能有限、处理效率低下等问题,效果显著,具有重要的应用意义。 第七章对全文的研究开发工作进行总结,并对后续的研究开发工作提出展望与建议。
[Abstract]:In thermal power generation and nuclear power generation, most of them are driven by steam turbine generators to produce electric energy. If the turbine generator sets fail, it will cause huge economic losses and serious social impact. The condition monitoring system of turbine-generator set is the key equipment to monitor and protect the safe operation of turbine-generator set. Based on the state monitoring and fault diagnosis technology and its system research of ultra supercritical large turbogenerator set, the status monitoring system of turbogenerator set at home and abroad has been investigated extensively, and the technology at home and abroad has been deeply studied and analyzed. This paper points out the problems existing in the current condition monitoring system and, aiming at these problems, develops the research work of the condition monitoring system of the turbogenerator set based on the embedded system. In this paper, a design scheme of the condition monitoring system of turbogenerator set based on ARM and Linux is proposed. The embedded Linux operating system is studied and transplanted. The system application program with perfect function is written, and a set of perfect functions is developed. The high stability embedded turbogenerator condition monitoring system solves the problems existing in the current condition monitoring system and has important application significance. The main contents and chapters of this paper are as follows:. The first chapter summarizes the status quo and development trend of turbogenerator unit condition monitoring system at home and abroad, and introduces the embedded system and its application in the turbine generator unit condition monitoring system. The problems existing in the embedded turbogenerator condition monitoring system are analyzed. Finally, the main research contents and the overall framework of this paper are put forward in combination with the research proposition. In the second chapter, the condition monitoring system of turbogenerator is summarized. According to the demand of industrial field and the developing trend of the condition monitoring system of turbine generator set, the design goal of this system is put forward, and the system is studied and analyzed. A design scheme of turbine generator unit condition monitoring system based on ARM and Linux is proposed, which provides the theoretical basis for the next work of this paper. The third chapter introduces the ARM processor. Combining with the system design goal, the embedded industrial control motherboard is investigated and selected. Finally, the storage space of the industrial control motherboard is allocated in combination with the software design scheme and the characteristics of the industrial control motherboard. Prepare for the transplant of embedded operating system. Chapter 4th studies the embedded Linux operating system. On this basis, the transplant of embedded Linux operating system is completed. Finally, the performance of the embedded platform is evaluated. The results show that the embedded platform meets the design requirements of this system. In chapter 5th, according to the design goal of this system, the function of the application program of the embedded turbogenerator unit condition monitoring system is subdivided, the implementation scheme of the application program is studied, and the development tool of the application program is selected. The application program with perfect function has been developed. The test and analysis results of 6th chapter show that the system solves the problems of limited function and low efficiency in the current embedded turbogenerator unit condition monitoring system, and the effect is remarkable. It has important application significance. Chapter 7th summarizes the research and development work of the full text, and puts forward the prospects and suggestions for the following research and development work.
