具有U盘存储功能的力参地面测试台

【摘要】:随着航空航天事业的飞速发展,力参地面测试台由于其在对力学参数采编设备的综合测试及分析中的重要作用,已经成为了当今航天系统中重要的科研项目之一。它可以模拟力参采编单元工作所需的各项参数,完成对采编单元功能和性能的测试,为采编单元的研究及改进,或对其进行故障分析提供了重要的基础和参考依据。 本文在分析任务中功能指标要求的基础上,重点研究了采用U盘数据存储的方法及设计,并采用了模块化的设计准则,实现了具有U盘存储功能的力参地面测试台。本文主要完成的工作如下: (1)电源模块:研究了电压转换的设计方法,使其可以为其他模块提供多种电压,并为采编单元供应稳定的27V电源及用于拉偏测试的27±3V电源; (2)信号源模块:以FPGA为主要控制电路,将信号源下载至2块静态存储器,并通过D/A转换实现50路模拟信号源的发送,通过下载不同的数字量信号实现不同模拟信号源的发送; (3)在线读数及U盘存储模块:在完成在线读数功能的基础上,研究了U盘存储功能的设计方法,通过单片机控制CH375进而实现U盘存储功能。在线读数功能的控制芯片FPGA设计采用两级FIFO模块用于数据缓存,将第一级FIFO的数据发送到U盘存储模块,上位机通过指令控制读取第二级FIFO内数据,缓解了计算机引起的丢数问题,保障了数据的准确性。 测试台通过与力参采编单元进行联试,能够对力参采编单元的各项性能进行检测,同时U盘存储功能为新一代测试台的研制提供了技术支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of aerospace industry, because of its important role in the comprehensive testing and analysis of mechanical parameters acquisition equipment, It has become one of the important scientific research projects in the space system nowadays. It can simulate the parameters needed for the work of the acquisition unit, complete the testing of the function and performance of the unit, and make the research and improvement of the unit. Or to carry on the fault analysis to provide the important foundation and the reference basis. On the basis of analyzing the requirement of function index in the task, this paper mainly studies the method and design of using U disk data storage, and adopts the modular design criterion. The main work of this paper is as follows:. (1) Power supply module: the design method of voltage conversion is studied, which can provide various voltages for other modules, and supply stable 27V power supply and 27 卤3V power supply for measuring pull deviation for collecting and editing unit. (2) signal source module: with FPGA as the main control circuit, the signal source is downloaded to 2 static memory, and 50 analog signal sources are transmitted by D- A conversion, and different analog signal sources are sent by downloading different digital signals. 3) On-line reading and U disk storage module: on the basis of completing the on-line reading function, the design method of U disk storage function is studied. The control chip FPGA of on-line reading function is designed to use two-stage FIFO module for data cache, and the data of the first stage FIFO is sent to U disk storage module, and the data of the first stage FIFO is sent to the U disk storage module, and the data of the first stage FIFO is sent to the U disk storage module. The upper computer reads the data of the second level FIFO through command control, which alleviates the problem caused by the computer and ensures the accuracy of the data. The test table can test the performance of the force parameter collecting and editing unit by combining with the force parameter collecting and editing unit. At the same time, the U disk storage function provides the technical support for the development of the new generation test bench.
