基于FPGA双路EnDat2.2编码器的接口设计

【摘要】:在数控系统中EnDat2.2接口协议因其高速率、高智能和高可靠性而得到广泛应用。针对数控系统对EnDat2.2协议的接口系统的需要和替代厂家昂贵接口板卡,分析了Endat2.2通信协议,采用FPGA开发了双路独立EnDat2.2译码模块,并集成了CRC校验功能,设计了双路绝对式编码器的数据传输电路,并在LC181光栅尺上进行了应用和测试。测试结果显示该电路可以快速准确地传输数据,证明了该接口电路的可行性。
[Abstract]:EnDat2.2 interface protocol is widely used in NC system because of its high speed, high intelligence and high reliability. According to the need of CNC system for EnDat2.2 protocol interface system and the expensive interface card of substitute manufacturer, the Endat2.2 communication protocol is analyzed. The dual independent EnDat2.2 decoding module is developed by using FPGA, and the function of CRC verification is integrated. The data transmission circuit of the double channel absolute encoder is designed. The test results show that the circuit can transmit data quickly and accurately, which proves the feasibility of the interface circuit.
