基于耐高温存储卡的PCR仪校准系统研制

【摘要】:采用耐高温存储卡技术设计开发了一套适合PCR仪在线监测的校准系统。该系统以存储卡为媒介对采集的数据收集和传递,消除校准过程外接数据引线而引起PCR仪运行故障或测量结果偏离的影响。实验结果表明,该系统温度传感器误差在0.03℃以内,16路温度传感器均匀性良好,存储卡收集的数据真实可靠,可作为校准PCR仪温度参数的标准器使用。
[Abstract]:A calibration system suitable for on-line monitoring of PCR instrument is designed and developed by using the technology of high temperature resistant memory card. The system collects and transmits the collected data by using the memory card as the medium. In order to eliminate the influence of the fault of PCR instrument or the deviation of measurement result caused by the external data lead during calibration, the experimental results show that the error of temperature sensor in this system is good in the range of 0.03 鈩,
