案件数字信息备份存储系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着案件信息的数字化处理日益普及,计算机制图、数码相机、无纸化办公等开始进入公安工作中。由此产生的大量数据和文件均需要采用计算机存储。一方面,随着时间发展,案件信息不断增多,存储的数据量迅速增长;另一方面,由于案件原始信息长期归档保存的需要,对数据安全性的要求越来越高。如何安全备份存储案件信息,避免数据灾难是当前公安工作中迫切需要解决的技术问题之一。 本系统在体系结构上采用C/S的结构,DELPHI配合SQL Server2005为平台进行系统设计与实现。文章阐述了本系统的开发需求与现实意义,比较了现有的案件数字信息备份存储方法的优缺点,规划了新的基于计算机网络的文件存储备份系统。根据实际工作中现有网络情况、硬件设施情况进行了阐述,提出了服务器与磁盘阵列架设的方式。通过对系统进行需求分析、结构分析与可行性分析,对系统的结构进行分析,,并划分出各个模块,主要分为系统设置模块、网络传输模块、定时备份模块、文件实时监控模块、人工手动备份模块、归档模块和还原模块并绘制了流程图。对数据库中的表进行了设计,之后详细介绍了系统各个模块与功能的实现原理,着重阐述了文件冗余校验、文件分版本备份的设计思路及实现。对开发过程中的难点进行了分析和研究,并通过系统结构图、用例图、顺序图、功能模块图、UML等方式形象地表述出来。使得对系统的分析清楚明了。 本系统操作比较简单,具有稳定可靠的性能和友好的用户界面,能够完成案件数字信息备份存储的基本工作。通过自动、手动两种方式对案件数据备份归档并自动进行冗余清理,从而提高了数据安全性,降低数据存储压力,使得案件档案管理更加科学化、自动化。经过初步的测试,本系统能够很好的运行并实现备份、还原等设计功能,各功能模块也达到了开始时设计的目标。但是在资源占用、效率提高等方面还有待改进,系统功能在网络安全方面还可以加强并增加协助勘验人员对案件数据进行分类整理和统计等功能,使系统实用性能够更强。
[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity of digital processing of case information, computer graphics, digital cameras, paperless offices, and so on, are beginning to enter the public security work. A large number of data and documents resulting therefrom need to be stored by computer. On the one hand, With the development of time, the case information is increasing and the amount of data stored is increasing rapidly. On the other hand, due to the need of long-term archiving and preservation of the original information of the case, the requirement of data security is becoming more and more high. Avoiding data disaster is one of the technical problems that need to be solved urgently in the current public security work. The system is designed and implemented on the platform of C / S structure Delphi and SQL Server2005. This paper expounds the development requirements and practical significance of the system, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods of case digital information backup storage. A new file storage and backup system based on computer network is planned. According to the actual network situation, the hardware facilities are expounded, and the way of server and disk array erection is put forward. Structure analysis and feasibility analysis, the system structure analysis, and divided into various modules, mainly divided into system setup module, network transmission module, timing backup module, file real-time monitoring module, manual backup module, The archiving module and the restoring module and the flowchart are drawn. The table in the database is designed. After that, the realization principle of each module and function of the system is introduced in detail, and the redundancy check of the file is emphasized. The system can run well and realize the design functions of backup and restore. The function modules also reach the goal of design at the beginning. However, in the aspects of resource occupation, efficiency improvement and so on, there are still some improvements to be made. The system function can also strengthen and increase the functions of assisting surveyors to sort and statistics the case data in the aspect of network security, so that the system can be more practical.
