基于嵌入式系统的便携式料场管理数据终端研究

【摘要】:料场仓库是一个企业生产所需原材料囤积的重要场所,是企业生产的起点和源泉。料场仓库的管理在企业的整个管理过程中有着至关重要的作用,直接影响着企业的生产效率和生产效益。随着企业生产规模的扩大和入库原材料种类的多样化发展,仓库管理中所使用的传统数据采集终端已经难以满足仓库管理中信息采集的实时、准确、移动性要求。基于嵌入式技术的数据终端设备在仓库管理中的应用,大大方便了料场原材料入库和出库的管理,使得企业能够对料场仓库实时、在线、移动式的管理,提高了企业的生产效率。 本文的研究背景是基于钢铁生产企业的料场仓库的,对一个钢铁生产企业来说,钢铁生产所需原材料种类本身就比较繁多,而且其原材料的管理还有着不同于一般货物管理的特殊性,因此找到合理的料场管理方式,对钢铁企业来说就显得更为重要了。文章首先介绍了钢厂料场仓库在原材料称重入库管理上的现状及存在的问题,然后参考了国内外料场仓库管理上的技术经验,针对钢厂料场仓库存在的问题提出了将基于嵌入式技术的便携式手持终端应用到料场仓库管理中的解决方案。然后进一步分析了应用于料场仓库管理中的手持终端应该具备的功能和构建一款符合料场仓库管理实际应用的手持终端的开发流程。在课题项目中,设计了一款基于嵌入式技术的性能稳定、持续工作时间长、功耗低、适合实际应用的便携式手持终端,并且搭建了一个基于手持设备的应用软件平台来完成料场仓库原材料的入库和管理。 文章以手持终端的设计开发为主线,在基于对手持终端功能需求分析的基础上,讨论了手持终端设计的方案,然后详细描述了手持终端的硬件系统设计和软件平台的设计。在硬件系统设计上,首先介绍了手持终端处理器的选型,,然后描述了手持终端最小系统模块、人机交互模块、无线通讯模块、射频读写模块以及电源管理模块的硬件电路设计,并详细阐述了各模块控制芯片的特性以及模块设计原理。在手持终端软件平台设计上,完成软件平台的搭建后,详细叙述了相关驱动程序的开发和应用软件的开发。最后对手持终端的功能模块性能和在料场仓库入库管理中应用的性能进行了测试和总结。论文的结尾部分对本文的研究成果和存在的不足进行了总结和分析,为进一步研究提出展望。
[Abstract]:Material warehouse is an important place for enterprises to hoard raw materials, which is the starting point and source of production. The management of material warehouse plays an important role in the whole process of enterprise management. It has a direct impact on the production efficiency and benefit of enterprises. With the expansion of production scale and the diversification of the types of raw materials in storage, The traditional data acquisition terminal used in warehouse management has been difficult to meet the real-time, accurate and mobile requirements of information collection in warehouse management. The application of data terminal equipment based on embedded technology in warehouse management. It greatly facilitates the management of the raw materials in and out of the warehouse, and enables the enterprise to manage the warehouse in real time, online and mobile, thus improving the production efficiency of the enterprise. The research background of this paper is based on the material warehouse of iron and steel production enterprise. For a steel production enterprise, there are many kinds of raw materials needed for steel production. Moreover, the management of raw materials is different from that of general goods management, so a reasonable material yard management method is found. It is more important for iron and steel enterprises. This paper first introduces the present situation and existing problems of raw material weighing and entering warehouse management in steel yard warehouse, and then refers to the technical experience of material yard warehouse management at home and abroad. In view of the problems existing in the warehouse of steel factory material yard, this paper puts forward the solution of applying the portable handheld terminal based on embedded technology to the warehouse management of the material yard. Then, the paper further analyzes the handheld terminal used in the warehouse management of the material yard. The functions that the end should have and the development process of building a handheld terminal that conforms to the practical application of material warehouse management. A portable handheld terminal based on embedded technology is designed, which has the advantages of stable performance, long working time, low power consumption and suitable for practical application. An application software platform based on handheld devices is built to complete the storage and management of raw materials in the warehouse. Taking the design and development of handheld terminal as the main line, based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the handheld terminal, this paper discusses the design scheme of the handheld terminal. Then the hardware system design and software platform design of handheld terminal are described in detail. In hardware system design, the selection of handheld terminal processor is first introduced, and then the minimum system module and man-machine interaction module of handheld terminal are described. The hardware circuit design of wireless communication module, radio frequency reading and writing module and power management module is given, and the characteristics of each module control chip and the design principle of module are described in detail. After the completion of the software platform, The development of related driver and application software are described in detail. Finally, the function module performance of handheld terminal and the performance of application in warehouse management of material yard are tested and summarized. The research results and shortcomings of this paper are summarized and analyzed. The prospect for further study is put forward.
