基于AT91RM9200的嵌入式电能采集器设计

【摘要】:随着社会的快速发展,而传统的电能采集方式存在效率不高和传送距离有限等问题,因此,建立一个高效便捷的电能采集系统具有显著的现实意义。如今,随着ARM技术不断成熟,嵌入式操作系统成为IT技术的亮点,在多方面都得到了广泛的应用。因为它的这些特点,给该类设备设计者提供很多技术支持。 本论文的目的是建立一个基于嵌入式微处理器AT91RM9200和μC/OS-II操作系统的嵌入式开发通用平台,为嵌入式电能采集器的设计提供一个比较完备的软硬件环境。采用Atmel公司ARM嵌入式处理器AT91RM9200为核心进行了嵌入式系统的硬件平台设计,包括存储器模块,串行接口模块,复位模块,以及时钟电路,JTAG调试模块,网口模块,电源模块等部分。在考虑电磁兼容的情况下,接着利用软件Protel DXP 2004绘制硬件原理图,并根据原理图进行了PCB设计,完成了整块板的硬件结构的物理搭建。在电能采集器软件设计过程中,按照AT91RM9200的特殊机制设计了嵌入式系统的引导程序BootLoader,利用软件ADS1.2完成系统时钟,中断处理向量等设计,实现了μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统在AT91RM9200上的移植。最后,完成了基于AT91RM9200的嵌入式电能采集器应用设计。并且,进行了电量采集功能的相关系统测试。 本文所设计的电能采集器作为电能表接入电能量管理系统的转换装置。又因为它专门负责采集电能量,所以不存在效率方面的问题。它若通过增加光纤芯片,搭载光纤接口可实现电能量的远距离传输,便于对电能量的监控和管理。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society, the traditional power acquisition method has the problems of low efficiency and limited transmission distance. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to establish an efficient and convenient power acquisition system. With the maturity of ARM technology, embedded operating system has become the bright spot of IT technology and has been widely used in many aspects. Because of these characteristics, it provides a lot of technical support to the designers of this kind of equipment. The purpose of this thesis is to establish a general platform for embedded development based on embedded microprocessor AT91RM9200 and 渭 C / OS-II operating system. This paper provides a relatively complete hardware and software environment for the design of embedded power collector. The hardware platform of embedded system is designed with ARM embedded processor AT91RM9200 of Atmel company, including memory module and serial interface module. The reset module, as well as the clock circuit JTAG debugging module, the network port module, the power supply module and so on. Under the consideration of electromagnetic compatibility, the hardware schematic diagram is drawn by using the software Protel DXP 2004, and the PCB design is carried out according to the schematic diagram. In the process of software design of electric energy collector, the bootstrap program of embedded system is designed according to the special mechanism of AT91RM9200, and the software ADS1.2 is used to complete the design of system clock, interrupt processing vector and so on.
