金属微滴三维打印成形数据处理软件的设计开发

【摘要】:金属微滴三维打印成形技术是一种新的快速分层制造方法,为了获取零件模型的离散化层面数据,实现零件的分层打印制造。依据金属微滴三维打印成形工艺原理,利用Visual C++6.0和Open GL,在Windows XP平台上,开发出面向金属微滴三维打印成形工艺的数据处理软件。利用该软件得到的成形数据信息,以Sn60/Pb40合金为试验材料,在280℃喷射温度、100k Pa喷射压力和200μm熔滴直径下,进行了打印沉积试验,打印成形结果与零件模型吻合较好,验证了数据处理软件的可行性,为金属微滴三维打印成形技术的发展奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional printing forming technology for metal droplets is a new rapid layered manufacturing method. In order to obtain discrete layer data of part model and realize layering printing manufacturing of parts, the three-dimensional printing forming technology of metal droplet is based on the principle of three-dimensional printing forming technology of metal droplets. Using Visual C 6.0 and Open GL, the data processing software of 3D printing forming process for metal droplets was developed on the platform of Windows XP.
