【摘要】:目前,专用打印机行业在我国市场中已经占有重要席位,广泛应用于交通运输、通信、餐饮等领域。随着电子信息化和自动化程度提高,人们对专用打印机的使用性能提出更高的要求。切刀模块作为专用打印机的重要组成部分,主要实现自动切纸的功能。它的寿命关系到打印机的可靠性,本文主要对切刀的寿命进行研究。 首先,本文阐述了切刀的结构及工作原理,并依据失效学原理和实验手段对切刀残骸进行失效分析,以便寻找切刀的失效原因及提出预防措施。运用光学仪器分别从宏观角度和微观角度观察失效切刀的表面形貌。下切刀中间部位为主要失效部位,且切刀表面存在许多深浅不一的沟槽。结合切刀的具体服役条件,判断其失效形式为上、下切刀构成二体磨粒磨损。依据摩擦学原理判断切刀的失效机理为塑性变形机理,主要影响因素为切刀安装位移。 然后,运用有限元软件ANSYS对切刀进行非线性分析。运用参数化编程的方法建立切刀有限元模型,并结合切刀的实际约束和加载情况对模型约束和加载。主要研究下切刀在工作时沿刀刃方向上的应力分布以及当切刀安装位移改变时最大应力的变化情况,进一步判断切刀位移对切刀寿命的影响程度。 最后,搭建了专用打印机切刀寿命检测平台,,并提出一种让切刀加速失效的方案。专用打印机切刀寿命检测平台能准确调整上、下切刀在水平和竖直方向上的位移;可以微量调整两切刀刀面之间的角度;调整上切刀电机的切纸速度;通过控制送纸电机的频率来调整切纸宽度;通过传感器准确检测切纸效果;准确记录切纸次数。
[Abstract]:At present, the special printer industry has occupied an important position in the market of our country. It is widely used in transportation, communication, catering and other fields. With the development of electronic information and automation, As an important part of special printer, cutter cutting module mainly realizes the function of automatic paper cutting. Its life is related to the reliability of printer. In this paper, the life of cutter is studied. Firstly, the structure and working principle of the cutter are described, and the failure analysis of the cutter wreckage is carried out according to the failure theory and experimental means. In order to find out the failure reason of the cutter and put forward the preventive measures, the surface morphology of the cutter is observed from the macro and micro angles by using optical instruments. The middle part of the lower cutter is the main failure position. In addition, there are many grooves with different depth on the cutting surface. Combined with the specific service conditions of the cutter, the failure form of the cutter is judged as upper, and the lower cutter constitutes a two-body abrasive wear. According to the tribology principle, the failure mechanism of the cutter is determined to be the plastic deformation mechanism. The main influencing factor is cutter installation displacement. Then, the nonlinear analysis of the cutter is carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS, and the finite element model of the cutter is established by parameterized programming. Combined with the actual constraint and loading of the cutter, the stress distribution along the cutting edge direction and the maximum stress change when the cutter installation displacement is changed are mainly studied. The influence of cutter displacement on cutter life is further judged. Finally, a special printer tool life detection platform is set up, and a scheme to accelerate the cutting tool failure is put forward. The special printer cutter life detection platform can accurately adjust the displacement of the cutting tool in horizontal and vertical direction. It can adjust the angle between the two cutter surfaces; adjust the cutting speed of the upper cutter motor; adjust the cutting width by controlling the frequency of the paper feeding motor; detect the cutting effect accurately through the sensor; and accurately record the paper cutting times.
